I have used Vanillasoft for over 8 years and was the perfect solution for our call center. We had so much control over the data and our reps were able to make 2X the calls they could make in other systems we tried like Salesforce or Hubspot. It was a game-changer for us and I would highly recommend. The flexibility to adjust the set up to my client's needs was key. I honestly don't know how I could have worked without it.

We have had experience with another company offering a CRM for a couple years that was less than productive lets say. We joined Vanillasoft within the last 12 months and it has worked great!
No dropped calls, great customer service, adequate reports, and very user friendly. Makes it easy to train a new salesperson on the system.
Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I've been using VS for 4 years, and have previous experience with Sharkware, Maximizer, Goldmine, and SalesForce. I also had a CRM built from scratch, using .Net framework. The features and functionality that VS provides is awesome, and their technical support is not only superior to any I have experienced is 20+ years of marketing, but by far the friendliest. I don't look at VS being a vendor I buy from, I see them as my partner is our business.

VanillaSoft has been a great tool for our new call center. It's very user friendly and has an easy to learn GUI. The support team is quick, knowledgeable and usually able to help with issues on the spot.
That said, there are some things that could be improved to enhance our experience. A centralized library for items such as result codes, scripts and documents that could be accessed across all projects would be very helpful for us. Cloning projects is great but we do make changes to new projects that we would like to also change across older projects as well. We often jump from project to project, sometimes 3 times in a day, and would like everything to be uniform for stat tracking purposes. Currently I manually go through and make changes to all projects which is tedious.
Overall we love VanillaSoft and would recommend it to any business making large volumes of calls.

In 2007, with the arrival of the DNC, we were perplexed about how to get ahead with our company. After manyattempts, that all led to a centralized server which was way too expensive to acquire and maintain for a small 25 employee telemarketing business like ours, Vanilla Soft appeared like no-brainer. They were offering a user friendly and simple platform accessible from anywhere. Their technical support in French has been invaluable for us in an almost exclusive French speaking community.

We been using VanillaSoft CRM for over 4 years now. The customer service continues to wow me. The management team understands our company needs and really work hard to implement new ideas that might benefit our business. They continue to innovate new processes that help our sales reps become more productive.
I call this CRM the "modern day" CRM. CRM designed for sales reps not sales reporting. Often Sales CRM are very management/reports focused not prospecting and pipeline management focused. Prior to my sales management career I was a top producing B2B sales rep for many years. I wish I had VanillaSoft during my sales days. My team is so spoiled! They have no clue how good they have it.
What I love most about VanillaSoft is:
1. the service - amazing
2. Pipeline management - you will never lost track of a lead in this system
3. email integration - click a link to send an email template -
4. Easy to use - I can train a new sales rep in less than 30 minutes!
5. To the point - this is a sales CRM. It helps you closes sales and follow up!
6. Custom Reports - build any manager report needed.

Our Lead Management team of 13 reps uses VanillaSoft as our primary CRM in setting appointments for a sales team of over 100 located throughout the United States. The following VanillaSoft features are keys to our success:
Auto dialing with VOIP – allows us to make over 65,000 dials each month with minimal loss of production time from our reps. Quality and connection of calls are excellent.
Branch Scripting- provides easy transition for our new hires to feel comfortable and prepared to handle objections.
Google Calendar (appointment setting) – This is one of the most valuable features to our team because it allow us to view our external sales agent’s calendar in real time reducing the chance for double booking appointments.
