I have been with Vanguard for years. They do mine and my wife's taxes every year. I could write so many stories of how they have helped us out but i think one I am going to share here takes the cake.

My daugher is on her way to being a professional soccer player. She was even sponsored by a company any had her expenses paid to play and travel with a team. Our excitement for her was dampened when we got a letter form the IRS addressed to here (a minor) saying that she owed tens of thosands of dollars to the IRS for money that she never received. The sponsorship only paid her expenses. She didn't get any money directly.

I called Eric from Vanguard right away and he sorted it all out. He cleared everything up with the IRS and we ended up owning them $0. Vanguard just seems to come through for me and my family every single time!

It was over. My case was settled. I ended up paying a fraction of that number and got my entire tax situation in order once and for all. I will now have Vanguard handle all my taxes every year starting this year.
