I had my stuff in their storage for nearly a year. I can't think of anything that didn't go less than great here - friendly staff, reasonably priced, good quality storage conditions, timely invoicing and easy clearance.

Sign up was very smooth and helpful. Was told I could change insurance/cancel with 1 week's notice. But now they say are claiming I have to cancel the whole thing and restart a new contract, essentially paying a new deposit and key - when I just wanted to lower my insurance, which is absurd. Still trying to figure it out with the manager who is not on site at the moment.

Staff are very helpful and approachable. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell anything I didn't want. All the explanations were very clear and sincere at every stage of the process.
Convenient, central location.
Looks like a dingy car park. (Which, it kind of is. But you can’t beat the convenience of Soho.)

My only problem is that they don’t have step-free access if you are not driving. If you get lucky, you can follow a car and walk out of the car park exit which is a regular ramp access. But if not, you would have to carry your stuff in and out using the stairs.

I Recently used the storage service in Swinton in Manchester and it was a fantastic service, everybody was extremely good on the desk, it was very simple to set up the account and to close it (and access to the storage goods was excellent). Great value would recommend

Monthly quite expensive, only few trolley unsuitable for some goods. Closing hour at 7pm, what about customers that finish work at 6pm and doesn't live that close?! Also , no shelves into storage, the top half cannot be used storing light stuffs because there is no shelves. When leaving I paid extra £38 , they said I should give 1 week notice as contract agreement. In contract there is no any one week notice required, in customer user manual , yes. When renting nobody would tell you about one week notice when leaving.
