They were very helpful on the phone, ordering process was easy and I received the roof bars very quickly. I am only giving 4 stars because the rack didn't have the full instructions (it came with tie-down bars and aerofoil and it only had instructions for the main roof bars), I figured it out myself after a fashion, however I'm sure they would have helped me if I had called again.

Needed some Spares for my Ultirack for my Transit, and not only did Sharron very swiftly know what I wanted, she sent over the installation manual and parts list for any other spares I needed. To top it all off, great price and the postage was amazingly quick. Cannot fault their customer service. Thank you team and thank you Sharron! :)

Disappointed , ordered online because it said the roof rack was in stock and next day delivery .
Received 4 unnecessary emails within minutes of ordering but none stating the wait time.
Website info on delivery times is a blatant lie.
Will go back to my original supplier after this .
