Purchased some meds. Waited and heard nothing nor seen any notifications. So attempted to call and their mail box was full( Non-Professional). So notified Paypal. They Refunded immediatly and offered no apologies or explanation.

I had ordered over 400 dollars of supplements from Stateline Tack- they had estimated when items would ship and be within a week- however I received an email update the last day supposed to ship that the items were now shipping in 5 more days- plus travel time who knows how long- which would not be in time for our upcoming trip to Texas. I canceled the order and placed an order from Valley Vet on a Monday morning, and for FREE ground shipping all the items arrived on Wednesday. Now THAT is fast shipping and from now on all orders will be from Valley Vet. Lesson learned!

Our dog made an ugly turn during the middle of the night. I was able to schedule them online with great ease. Dr. Ishak communicated everything that would happen and prepared us for what to expect. He was so very kind, considerate and respectful. Putting down a pet is terribly hard and painful but Valley vet made it as painless as possible for all parties involved.
I can not express my gratitude and appreciation adequately. We are beyond words. Thank you.

Did order Ichon by them from the website 500 mg - 5ml for $26.49. Find out today at was just 100 mg - 5ml. Did call, just to find out, from the lady of the friendly way, that at is 5ml. LOL nice to get screwed. Bad, Bad, that was a big scam.

My 14 year cat was attacked by an unknown animal. Called Valley Vet as they were listed as emergency vet by on my regular vets voicemail,
Excellent service from the person that answered the phone to vet techs and Dr. that treated my cat.
Very through, kind and caring. Could not have been any better under the circumstances.

I have had nothing but great things to say about this company/website until this morning. After not receiving a product I waited an extended amount of time until calling to figure out what happened. I even got an email from valley vet asking for delivery confirmation. I got a notification from the tracking saying the package would be delayed and then never updated after that. No package came... so I called hoping they would have some answers as to what happened to the package. The lady I spoke with from customer service was the rudest customer service representative I have ever spoken with. She told me, "I thought" a package was not delivered, well I wouldn't be calling if it had? I cannot believe someone like her is working as a customer service rep. Before hanging up all she said was, "bye." She was extremely condescending the entire length of the phone call. This one phone call has me reconsidering where I am purchasing my medications. Very disappointed!

Paid for 1 day shipping, almost 60 dollars, after 6 days of not receiving the package I contacted them and they refused to refund me shipping charges so I refused the order and they lost a customer, as I will NEVER order from them again.

Valley Vet has been an affordable option for my dog's medication, and they have incredibly good customer service. When there was a miscommunication about the delivery of my product, they were kind enough to overnight it so my dog would not miss her pills!

Do NOT do business with these people. If you have ever noticed on their website, they will post an image of a supposedly available item. They even go so far as to say they have as many as 20 of that item. They will take your money VERY QUICKLY and THEN come back and tell you that they must try to get the item from another supplier. In short, they are NOT in possession of the image they are selling. BUYER BEWARE!!! They will take your money and leave you with zilch.
