This company is a complete front. Valet Living uses words like “concierge” and shows stock photos of normal people on their website “recycling” for you. In reality, they hire ex-convicts, felons, and sex offenders that get 24/7 access to our UNSAFE “secure” apartments. Strange men rummaging in the dumpster, multiple identity theft and mail theft incidents at ARTERRA/CITYVIEW APARTMENTS in ABQ and ATLANTA. There is no actual recycling- all a front. The dumpster is about 10 ft away from our apartment. We don’t want the service and don’t use it but it’s been implemented with the new, shady, corrupt management to raise the rent. Since this company became involved it’s been nonstop theft. Front office manager Lyla Myers at Arterra told us there’s nowhere to recycle. So papers you’d recycle you’d better shred or some guy with prison tats all over his face might be eyeing that piece of mail/credit card offer you tossed. SCAM. Our dumpster was set on fire (arson) and no one has filed a claim or replaced it with in 2 months. Literally a hobo was in our dumpster the other day.
