I ordered valentino small v escape grainy bag from online boutique. when i recieved i found that it totally different from description and picture.
On their site they describe that "inside pouch" but the one i recieved no inside pouch
And the picture show that there is a valentino word stamp at back of the bag but the one i recieved there is no valentino word stamp
I try to sent email to support team but now 7days past and still no response
Now i dont know what should i do
Please dont order from online boutique cause you can face same problem with me

It’s hard to believe such a brand could be a scammer.. but sad to see that they have turned in to a scammer.
Do not order anything online, they don’t send you receipts, phone number is wrong, you emailed them everyday without getting a reply, once they get your money end of it story. They don’t send you the product you paid for..
So shame, I would have never thought this would happen with such brand, but I don’t think they will last too long..
PLEASE PLEASE don’t order anything online, if you want to buy something buy it Directly from the shop.

JUST DONT DO IT! I ordered 4/10/2020 and waited the absurd 50 calendar days (wish from China doesn’t even take that long) and here I am middle of June and still waiting. Endless emails back and forth. It’s just insane. Putting a claim in with PayPal and making sure to let their next victim to NOT put themselves through this. Not worth it at all.

I ordered a ring on April 7, 2020 and have yet to receive anything from them in the mail. Any time I email the company to receive any sort of update on the shipment, they copy and paste the same message to me telling me the amount of days it takes to deliver and it has been WELL OVER the amount of days. I’m continuing to demand a refund and I have not received a thing. I strongly suggest not to use this company.

Ordered a ring April 1,2020 along with a bracelet & the ring arrived May 13,2020. I didn’t care about the ring because it was free & it came correctly with the size and everything. Yet I ordered a bracelet too which was not free , and I still haven’t received it but they say “Items come in different packages” so I’ll give it another month.

Simply..... these people or THIEVES!!! I order a birthstone ring back in September 2019 and STILL have not received anything. When I email them, it takes forever for a response and when they do respond, it's always 6-8 weeks longer. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! Do your research. They will take your money and you will nevwr see the product or your money again!

Ordered a "sterling silver" ring.... definitely received a plastic one.... AND the ring I received was NOT the one I purchased online...
Took over 40 days to receive so returning and dealing with a refund was pointless

I wish there was a 0 star rating! I ordered my ring BEFORE THANKSGIVING and I still have not received it...it’s March 17th! Every single time I order they tell me 6-10 more weeks and then this last time was “it was lost in transit” which was January and I STILL haven’t received anything. I reached out this week, and of course I get no reply at this point. No jewelry. No refund. What a joke!! Do NOT buy!!!

Ordered the ring December 5th and it is now March 10th and still not received. Received so many conflicting emails from them. Can’t track it, we tracked it and it is in your country, on the way to your country. Don’t worry....it’s insured if it gets lost so you will get a replacement. Sorry we don’t do replacements on promotional items and on and on. It’s not the money...it is the principal. What a scam

I ordered my ring at the beginning of December and its February 10th and I finally received my ring. It took 2 months which sucks, the package came from china and I can tell its sterling silver but its obvious the gems are fake, which I kinda half expected. Overall customer service kinda sucks but I got my ring.

SCAM ALERT!!! I ordered a pair of shoes that were my usual size but they came up big so I immediately returned them. However even after a month I get no refund nor any notification that my return was received. I emailed them they replied after 7-10 days each time. I tried calling them but their customer care number doesn’t work. I messaged them on Facebook, Instagram also called their USA and Canada customer care no replies or help. After fighting to reach them they suddenly email me one day that the product I returned did not meet their returns policy. They wanted to refund me 70% of the money or they would ship back the item at “my own cost”. What the!??
I immediately lodged a complaint with the UK customer rights team and asked Valetino to send me pictures proof of what went wrong and that the customer rights team needed a follow up from them. Within a week they refunded me. I feel sorry for them. They wanted to scam me! What cheap brand does that!! Don't order online ever.

Horrible horrible product. Cheaply made!!!! Not even the right product was shipped to my house. Ordered in October and its February 4th and I am just receiving it. Not true to size either. Also customer service was horrible and took weeks to reply to any emails. Will NEVER buy from them again. The so called merchants they have are from Asia because the packaging came from there. Cheap cheap cheaply made!!!

I ordered a ring from there site back in December for my girlfriend and had no problem waiting on it however come January when I inquired about it i was told it would take between 30-60 days so i asked for a refund as that was ridiculous in my book its been two weeks since that email and no response. This is very distasteful customer service.

I went to the Valentino store with the intention to buy the ruckstud pumps but they didn’t have my size in any color so the sales person showed me the ballerinas flats and he told me they’re very comfortable and I won’t have any problems. I checked online and the show that I was looking for, it was available. I came back to the store to return them, I never worn them or opened the box and they said I can’t return them only exchange or store credit. I was never informed of the return policy it was my first shoe from Valentino, I have Louis Vuitton and Gucci and never had a problem with them. I called customer service and informed them about my situation and they told me I need to send pictures of the shoe and the receipt to see what they can do for me and they don’t promise anything. This is horrible customer service, now I have to get stuck with a shoe that I’m not happy with. Never ever will be shopping Valentino again.

Worst customer service EVER !!!! My order was delivered to a different address and they couldn’t retrieve the package , this happened more than a month ago I still don’t have a refund , they told me I have to wait until UPS pays them , the manager will never call you back or send you a email with the update, constant calls to Valentino and no answer on when they are going to send the refund.

Purchased Valentino slides online wore them a couple times the metal charm came off , called to see if they could fix or replace being is I only had them for a couple days I spoke with May which In is there is 3 reps when you call us .. may had said they were sold out online in my size but there boutique shop in Las Vegas had them so I could return shoes and purchase thru bellagio Vegas Valentino shop , I had the return label and ordered the other pair assuming like May say says they would return them because it was within the 20 days return
I shipped shoes out , two weeks later my shoes came back with all my paper work for return gone and then returned with clear duct tape around box with no explaination so I called and talked to Marcus the supervisor they had said because they were worn they could not return
Long story short I have two of the same shoes
Do not buy Valentino customer service is horrible they are a rip off

They do not stand behind their brand! Brought a pair of Valentino Sandals on 06/12/2019 wore them for for a total of 1.5-2hours and while I was sitting the heel came off!!!!! Beyond embarrassed all they could do was offer to fix them but I had to get the shoes to them! $1095! And the heel falls off!!! Wish I could include pictures here!
