We stayed at one of their Valencia apartments in June 2016.
The second morning we were there, the bathroom ceiling collapsed on top of my friend.
The boiler had come off the wall and smashed through the ceiling and hit him on the shoulder. but worst off all, there was water spraying everywhere and electric cables hanging down. My friend was very lucky to have not been electrocuted.
That is all bad enough, but the response by Valencia Luxury was disgraceful. We lost a days holiday and had to book into a hotel which cost 300 euros more than the apartment we booked. Valencia Luxury, offered to refund us for the 3 days we couldn't stay in their dangerous apartment, but refused to cover our out of pocket expenses despite the fact that they couldn't accommodate us and my friend could have died!
Worse still, after the first offer on the day, they have totally ignored my communications. i have not had one email from them! They also totally ignored the ECC (European Consumer Centre) who tried to help with my complaint.
They seem to have a total disregard for the safety of their customers and their customer service is non-existent when you have an issue.
You find out what a company is really like when things go wrong, and Valencia Luxury is an unprofessional, dishonest, money grabbing bunch of con artists.
ps they kept the money for cleaning!!!
