I was trying to sell my timeshare for over 2 years and finally I got a call from Vacation Worldwide Resales saying that they had a buyer for my timeshare and I needed to send money for the title search and legal fees. Then I needed to send more money for the bill of sale. They said it was the last and final payment. Then they said I needed to send more money for FedEx delivery and legal fees and this would be the last and final payment. They kept changing the delivery date every time. Today they told me that I needed to send more money for luxury taxes and changed the delivery date again. All this before they would send me the purchase money check. I was being strung along and scammed. I checked with my timeshare company and they said that I only needed to pay the past due maintenance fees and a small transfer fee, no deed or bill of sale needed.
