Trying to get in touch with customer service to check on the status of my order. After 8 attempts with no response, now trying to cancel and get my money back.

Worst store ever!!!!!!!! I waited patiently for 6 months for a concrete table. They the first one and it was broke. They sent the second one and it was broke. Not this company’s fault probably broke in shipping at some point. I’ve now asked for a refund and V3 has ghosted me. It’s been 3 weeks now. They won’t answer e-mails. Call back after I leave voicemails. This place is full of a bunch of crooks!

I ordered two wall sconces on 9/1/18 and my card was charged the same day. I called about 2 weeks later when I had not received them and spoke with a lady who said the items were on back order because the warehouse had flooded. Still have not received the items after 9 1/2 months. I left a message and sent an email requesting a refund back in March with no luck. Now, their website is down. Just left another voicemail. Not sure I will hear back this time either based on the multiple bad reviews I’ve seen lately with similar complaints.

I placed an order over 37 days ago and haven’t heard anything from the company. They sent me one confirmation email and that was it. Tried locating/tracking my order, no luck. Emailed them many times, still no reply. Called them numerous times during business hours and I still get the same voice recording about the store being closed for Mardi Gras LOL that was March 5, it’s March 22nd. Mardi Gras is way over. Also their site has been down for like a month. This store is a complete scam and they don’t even try to make it look legit. Not confirmed but if I get my furniture, I have a feeling I’ll be posting YouTube videos on how to detect fake brand furniture, as there is no way that they carry one of my favorite brand furniture. TOV should feel absolutely disgraced at the idea that their pieces are being sold by this sloppy company. What a joke.

V3 Artisans is the worst businesses I have ever dealt with! I would not even leave them 1 star but I had to in order to write this. I never write reviews but this utter and complete lack of customer service has my head spinning!! I ordered a bistro table from them on January 15th and it still has not been shipped out. Every time I call the person in the store that day says it’s the warehouse’s fault. I have called more times than I can count, have left messages, and emailed asking to speak to the manager or owner to get more specific information on if or when they ever plan on sending out the table I paid $440 for. In the last two weeks I have called twice no call back. By the way it is a couple days away from being APRIL and still NOcallback or any information! This is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with. They are a FRAUD an utter SCAM. I gave them until Monday to finally give me a call back or I will be reporting them to my credit card company. DO NOT purchase from them. They “sell” beautiful things but I wish I had reviews before purchasing. Everyone seems to have a very similar experience to mine. SHAME on them for taking people’s money!!!!

I ordered a couch and chair on Dec 11th and was told at that time it was on backorder until Jan 1st. Then never heard anything more. I called checking on status. They said it was still on back order. I called the next Monday and they said it was in but they were waiting for approval to ship it and promised it would be shipped by Thursday. Never heard anything. The next Monday I called and they said it wasn't there yet. I told them they said it was there a weekbwfore. They left the phone and came back and said I was right it's waiting to ship still. But there was 1 customer in front of my order so they didn't know when it would ship. Then the next week a man called and I received an email saying it would be in until the 31st. So I cancelled order

I made two orders with V3.
On my first order, I received 1 of 1 items, but like everyone else on here, it took FOREVER, and there was no transparency about the process.
On my second order, i waited literally 3.7 months and then they refunded my money. Pretty mad b/c they charged my credit card for the entire balance on day 1. They did refund me the money, but after almost 4 months, I would much rather have had my items...

V3 Artisans never responded to my multiple calls and emails asking for a simple tracking number since my account showed “shipped” 1/10/19, yet found the time to respond immediately to my online review. I would have been happy to discuss the whereabouts of my chairs with them, but they never answer the phone. They say they called me several times. Wrong. And I have documentation to prove that. No way to run a company!

I’ve received about 5 e-mails asking me to review my V3 experience. I wouldn’t have written anything yet if it weren’t for being REPEATEDLY asked. I choose 3 stars because the jury is still out. I purchased a bed side table December 16th. After purchasing, I was notified it was on back order until mid February. I was fine with waiting. Now we’ve passed mid February. I sent a message via the website 15 days ago and an e-mail not long after, both requesting if there was any update on an expected ship date. No response to either.

Never delivered my order and failed to respond to email. Luckily credit card company refunded my money. Would never do business with this company again! Very disappointed as they originally showed this chair in stock when I ordered and was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. It’s February 3rd and still no chair!

Ordered an item Jan 28. Left a message a month later about item and got no response. February 27 received an email the item was being shipped with a tracking number. 2 weeks later no movement contacted them again with no response. Contacted the moving company and was told there are other companies that move the item to them and they have not received any information yet of who or when the package will be arriving to them. Know 2 months later working on getting a refund.

I placed an order in August and was immediately charged, I found out weeks later the item was back ordered. I called and emailed with little success for mos but after 5 mos I was told the item was awaiting shipment. 10 days later it hasn’t shipped and they do not answer phone calls or emails. I will have to dispute on my credit card.

Purchased a hanging chair from this company on March 5th (order # 22240). The next day I was notified it was awaiting shipment. Now it's the 27th with still no chair. On the 24th I was notified it was refunded through Paypal, only to receive an email today that the refund did not complete. Website has been down for most of the month and no one answers the phone. There voice recording still states that the company is closed for Mardi Gras. Never had an experience like this before

The website had a discontinued product which I ordered. I was disappointed the product was unavailable but I was impressed with their call to let me know and prompt refund.

Never got my order. Made promises they didn’t keep. Ordered twice. The second time they would not return my phone calls, voice messages, emails and texts. Very poor service. Had to call my credit card company and Amazon pay to get my purchase refunded. Still did not get a call from customer service

In October, 2018 I placed an order for a $500 light fixture ... still waiting. A few responses here and there "it's on back order ... it'll ship next week, etc." ... now it's May, 2019 and all I get is crickets. I tried to dispute the charge with Visa but they say it's a legit charge so I'm SOL. For months it's told me my password is wrong so I can't log in ... it tells me it's sent a link to reset it - the link never comes. Here is information on the "owners" (this site won't let me post the link) ... they're on facebook, living life like normal everyday people. Unreal.

Horrible service! I ordered four chairs that took a month and half to ship. When I finally got the email that the chairs shipped I noticed there wasn’t a tracking number provided. I called them and no one returned my calls. Two weeks later I finally reach someone, they tell me they lost my shipment and have to cancel the entire order. Bogus company, horrible customer service, good luck!

Initially there were some shipping issues which took a little longer to receive my product. I called the company furious. I just want to say V3 Artisans staff were very apologetic, gave me a discount and kept all lines of communication open with me. I have my table and am a happy camper. 4 stars for the delay in product but 5 stars to the staff.

V3 took my money and never shipped my furniture. When I finally got them on the phone, they said they would refund my money. That never happened. I called again and they said that there was some problem with the computer and that they would Paypal me the money. That never happened. No one ever returns phone calls or emails so you have to continuously call and hope to get someone on the line. If anyone answers, it's "Jenny" and she is sweet and never argues. She agrees to anything you say, but never follows-through on anything. I did a search for this company and saw they have an "F" on the Better Business Bureau website. I reported V3 Artisans to the BBB and they said that V3 has "never" responded to their complaints and suggested that there is "likely criminal activity." They recommended that I file formal complaints with FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center and the LA Attorney General's High-Tech Crime Unit (225-326-6250).
