I used Bounce luggage storage in May in NYC. It was my first time using a luggage storage service. Everything went perfect. The service was fantastic, it took us about 3 minutes to leave our three suitcases.
A helpful staff member put tags on our suitcases and we were free to roam the city. Our luggage was handled with care.

Very good service. Easy website to use. At last minute our hotel said we could have a late check-out so cancelled but was pleased to get a refund. If needed again I will definitely use Bounce.

This is an awesome idea! I had plans for an 8 pm show with a friend who was flying into NYC. We dropped her bag off at one of Bounce's locations and were on our way. They locked her luggage with a numbered/barcoded zip tie and stored it in a secure location. One of the most convenient things I've come across in awhile. Will definitely use again!

We used Bounce since we had to leave our AirBnB hours before we needed to leave for the airport. It was easy to use the site. We left our bags in a Pharmacy in New York, it was really nice and we felt happy that our bags were safe there.

very good site for people wanting to leave their luggage at the deposit before or after a rental to enjoy the day. Many choices of location easy to use on the Internet no bad surprise at the time of removal and collection, very welcome by the trader chosen when I selected on the site, $ 6 per bag is a good value and this for a tranquility of movement. I recommend this site without problem.

I used bounce in NYC financial district and in SF Union square. In both places, the drop off and pickup was seamless and didn't take me more than 30 seconds. This service is great for people who don't have a hotel to check in or have checked out from a hotel early but still need to either explore the city or go shopping. Moreover the price of $6 for the full day is super affordable and no brainer. Great job team bounce!

After 9 days traveling in an RV with 3 adults and 3 children we ended our trip with 2 nights in NYC (coming in by train). Thank goddess for Bounce! I googled luggage storage near Grand Central and this company came up, there was a Chat tech to help me thru the process, send me link to arrange luggage storage, payment and directions - all quick and easy! So glad we found this service! Affordable, safe and provides a much needed option if you are traveling with a lot of luggage and children to move around NYC - we left car seat and 5 bags (downsized to 3 backpacks for 6 people) and set off to explore - we had a night on Staten island and a night in NYC. Would have been a nightmare without Bounce!

This worked EXCELLENT for us!! If we ever needed this type of service again, I would definitely see if there was a Bounce location nearby. We dropped off our luggage at a Bounce Luggage Storage place inside of Jaros Pharmacy, 25 Central Park West. They couldn't have been nicer as well.

Devika was super helpful (thru the online help chat) when I was trying to decide which location in Chicago would be best for me. The spot was convenient - right around the corner from the train from ohare - and the people there were nice and professional which helped me feel less weird about leaving my bag somewhere.

Was in a bind, needed to store my bag for the afternoon before catching a flight, Bounce qas the perfect solution. It was a very weird feeling to trust my bag with a stranger, but the team from Bounce was so good, and the experience was perfect. Now I trust them completely.

I will definitely use Bounce again in the future! We needed a place to store our bags between our AirBnB check out and train departure and found Bounce through a quick internet search.
