Paid to store two bags on a windy, sub-zero day in Manhattan - schlepped the bags a mile away only to find that the place where we were sent (a small copy shop) was closed, and didn't answer the phone number on the door

I needed to book the location at Los Angeles around 9:45 PM on Sunday night. Needed to find out how to see the reviews on the place and other questions about the place. The online chat section replied back" We will get you back tomorrow!" This is not the real 24 hours service.
