I'm still finding my way around after using a rival competitor for many years. I already like Dish's approach better. Even though I haven't made use of some of the applications, I know I'm going to appreciate them with more use.

To start, our appointment time was set between 12 and 4. The technician called me at 11. Not only once, but 7 times in a row. He also kept texting me over and over. I do not get out of work till 1130 and am not able to have my phone due to the nature of my profession. After he tried contacting me at 11 and there was no answer, he proceeded to put a note on the appointment notice online stating that nobody was there, which was absurd since I clearly did not miss the appointment yet, which was set for 12. I finally got in touch with him at 1 pm or so to which he stated that he was already at my house and he was going to go around back to see the equipment that was mounted (I don't know how there was any other way he would know that was there unless he went out back without my permission). When I got home and finally got inside to start the installation, he was a bit rude. He grabbed one of my nice leather chairs and used it as a step stool without asking. I am usually not one to gripe about things like this but it was a bit ridiculous.

My installer went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. He did more than expected and was very professional. Service provided was excellent.

I cannot yet review your product and service because I do not have a satellite dish installed and connected. The installation was scheduled for May 17, 2017 but was not possible because of unforeseen obstacles, On May 19 my entire roof was being replaced. The installation will take place today, May 25.

The service was excellent, the installer not rushed, answered all questions, was polite, helpful, and very nice. We switched from another satellite TV company because Dish provided more services at half the initial cost. Even when all initial discounts expire we will sill be paying about 20% less.

Guy was very clean, but didn't have ll the right tools he needed to do it properly and installed items that I didn't request and I was charged for it and had to call dish to get it removed, so it was a slight hassle.

I'll start out by saying your prices are by far better than Spectrum. But.. I have far to many info commercial channels and when my tech came I learned I had to upgrade to a more expensive Hopper and Joey box to enjoy viewing different channels in separate rooms. This raised my bill from 54.99 to 77.99. Needless to say I wasn't to happy.

After 3 days and 3 different service technicians, we finally got our dish installed in our house.
The third technician that showed up was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was very professional and had us hooked up in a very short amount of time.
The second technician that showed up walked in my house and said "nope, we don't do that kind of work." When asked he wouldn't give me a contact number for a manager, and continuously assured me that I would have to hire an outside contractor to have my wires run where I want them, even though I was assured by the previous technician that it was no problem at all.
That being said, the first technician cut a whole in our wall for the box and he cut it too big and it's kinda gnarly looking. Also, in the attempt to run the wires a hole was drilled and came out the other side of my wall and messed up my drywall in my stairwell. This technician was friendly and professional as well. He just didn't have the experience to be able to complete the job. He was also very apologetic for the damage that was done and that he could not complete the work.
I have been assured that a damage claim is being processed by I have yet to hear anything back at this point.

Overall the installation service was on time and courteous. Although was very respectful for his cleanliness. Tracked dirt into the house and on the carpet, left covers off cable panels in the house. Individual seemed to me in a hurry rushed through the tutorial of operation.

I am happy with Dish, Technician was great.. However he didn't have the Echo Dot and said you would mail it to me? Have not received it yet.. Also, where he brought the cable into the house he didn't the inside or outside and it looks sloppy.. Other than that very happy with the service..

There was no long wait time to talk to somebody, and the person I had spoke good English I could understand them, which means a lot!
They made an appointment for two days after I moved in, and they kept it!
The main thing I have against them is they recommended century link for Internet. I do not recommend Centry link! their customer service is very very bad. they need to hire a lot more people as they are very shorthanded, and some are bad tempered.
I got an appointment over three weeks ago, no one showed up, I called they said they'd be there for sure the next day, no one showed up, and the same thing the next day. Three days in a row I sat home and waited. When I called the first few I talked to, I think these were the installers, sounded very harassed, frustrated and exhausted. When I tried calling, A gruff, unfriendly man answered, he apparently was the one making the appointments. Said he would call back he did not. When I tried calling back I just got the answering machine, no one returned my call. So today I canceled century link.

I chose DISH to replace another provider I was having unresolved issues with. The installer was professional and spent time to insure all my needs were met, issues resolved and questions answered. Dish provides a quality product, competitive pricing and great customer service.

The last time we had Dish I was not as impressed as I am today. Clear pictures, ease of operation, installer was quick and efficient. So far no gripes. Glad we changed from Direct TV.

I'm giving one star but in reality it should be a no star. I am filling this out about my experience with Frontier. I am filling out this for my experience and my installer hasn't even come yet...this speaks to the exact kind of service I've had. When I called to request services two people had to help me because the first could not process my simple order for dish and phone service. I was given a reference number (acct #), a phone number and a date for installation. None of these have been accurate. When I called back they could not find my account, the customer service man repeated information back to me wrong repeatedly. Then I was given a second phone number because the first was "wrong" and someone's else's number. Then I changed apartments the first week in new location due to some apartments physical problems. I was on the phone for 45 minutes just to request a transfer of phone from one apartment to another and a change in the installation address. The installation was scheduled for Sat 8 - 12 Noon 5/27/17. I was told, after numerous times on hold that my phone would be effective 5/31/17 at new address (even though I was moving the next day on 5/25). They said they could not stop or hold the services at the old address so...if someone else moves into the apartment they have access to my phone line and I'd be responsible for charges. What...unbelievable. They they would not let me keep the installation date and time even though I was transferring (moving) from one building to the next building in same complex. They gave me a date a week later and said the installer would come from 8AM to 5PM. What happened to 9 - 12? So, I'd be missing a day of work to wait on them. Then, when I requested my phone just be disconnected due to they insisting I had to keep an open line for a week when not living in the apartment...they could not even do that but insisted I be "transferred." Wow, I haven't even had dish set up yet. This is terrible service. The person on the phone today acted as if she did not know what she was doing. Repeated things numerous times and could not answer questions and was extremely SLOW. I am so disappointed so far...

Haven't had any problems only had it for about a week and a half so far so I can't say too much but the pictures been clear haven't had any interruptions yet I do expect you know cloud cover to interrupt it but other than that I have had no problems call cover hasn't been a problem yet

Although I'm working with a resolution department individual, I've been stressed to a point that I feel is unacceptable. The entire process has been a nightmare full of inconsistencies and false promises with respect to both cable service and internet service.
