This is by far the worst experience I've ever had purchasing from a company.
I order around $7000 of cabinets and labor. I was given a 4-6 week lead time on production and install of kitchen cabinets. It's been over 4 months and I still don't have my cabinets installed. After all this time, my cabinets have now been sitting in my garage for 2 days. Demo on my kitchen finally started 2 days ago. No call, No show yesterday and No call, No show today (Nov 15th)!
On top of everything else the worker cracked my smooth top stove. I still have had no communication about that. I'm just really fed up and dissatisfied. It's almost like I was suckered into dealing with Cabinet Solutions. Before I made a deposit customer service was 5 stars but after I paid my money it has definitely fallen to 1 star. I'm very discouraged at this point. I do not even expect them to do the right thing about the inconvienience or the damage to my stove. I may even have to speak with Better Business Bureau or my lawyer. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!!!

I can't remember if I read reviews or not but I soooo wish I had!
On Jul 6th I ordered and paid for half the cost of my cabinets. Aug 12th was the date I was told my cabinets would be installed (4-6 weeks lead time). On Aug 7th (1 month after order) I was contacted about dimensions of my appliances and the color of my cabinets! Needless to say my cabinets would be installed late, 4-6 more weeks late is what I was told.
On Oct 11th (2 months later, 3 months after ordering) there had been no more communication so I emailed to get any information I could. I was told that my cabinets would be "ready for install and on schedule 2 weeks from now (Oct 25th). On Nov 12th (over 4 weeks later, 4 months after order) I missed a phone call but got an email saying "we are wanting to come and do demo today" (WTH?). I did not respond soon enough that day so, of course, demo could not start. It did, however, start the following day (Tuesday Nov 13th). My cabinets were delivered and demo was completed on Tuesday, however, the worker broke the glass on my smooth top stove. I contacted the company but there, of course, has been no communication about that. The company has been a no call, no show yesterday (Wednesday) and today (Thursday). Who know when I'll have a kitchen again. This sucks!! Really bad!! Never again will I be so stupid =(
