WAS LIED TO ABOUT MY ORDER UPDATE AND THE SERVICE REP WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. HUNG UP ON TWICE BEFORE I COULD TYALK TO A REP. THOUGHT IT WAS STARNGE UNTIL I CALLED FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER MY CALL WAS ACCEPTED WITIHIN SECONDS!
CANCELLING MY OREDER AND DISPUTING THESE CHARGES!

Customer service is absolutely outstanding! Due to the fact I had a failed impression, I called customer support just to clarify the mistakes I’ve made. The representative was able to tell me which impression failed and I was able to order my new impression kit all in the same call. Also there weren’t any issues answering my questions. I was provided with tips to have a successful impressions for my next go around. Recommend 100%!

My veneers broke and I called in to see if there was a way to repair them and Jason rolls me that Instasmile would replace them under warranty after I sent in a few snapshots of the broken veneers. I am a repeat customer, and Instantly has been awesome with their customer service. They are certainly going to continue to receiver my business.

Jason from UK went out of his way to really help me out. I had been wanting to change the shade and luckily he answered the phone call. I felt he went out of his way back to take care of last minute changes. He send an email and even called me back after he got the response back on the email. Totally caught me off guard that he would actually call me to tell me the good news! That meant a lot to me, such great customer service.

THEY ARE BEST TO BE USED FOR PHOTO OR VIDEO NOT DAY TO DAY LIFE.
• You are better off getting real veneers.
• They look crazy fake... My friends call them "The Chompers"
• Buy on SALE short lifespan 1-4 month at best
• The Molds while precisely timed BROKE my permanent Retainer & was reassured other wise. Costing another $500.
• Yellow quickly go BRIGHT WHITE
• Insurance especially for "the busy" is not worth the time nor effort & confusion not "the not busy".
* Doesn't matter how many times you order they will not store molds for a quick painless process.
• READ THE FINE PRINT. YOU MIGHT AS WELL BEND OVER NOW.
The process was once simpler
.Now it is A LOT longer. They DO NOT have expedited options (which is ridiculous) & just a heads up read the fine print this is NOT A CUSTOMER-CENTRIC Company. Oh so nice on the phone.
DON'T BOTHER WITH THE INSURANCE ESPECIALLY OF YOU ARE BUSY PERSON THEY PUT YOU THROUGH THE WRINGER.
I have order full sets gosh maybe 6 or more times now. Go bright white as they do yellow fast. My last order was almost my best, but broke top the very first week and the bottoms were never sent. I don't even bother to complain because you will lose every time and they have tons of lawsuits. If you plan to buy, again go bright white and be prepared for them to fall apart with the 1st-4 months. They often split down the middle to break where their holes are made for chewing.
INSTASMILE will keep you ordering and buy back-ups straight away if your are dead set on having them. Breaking the 1st week? Seriously. I should know better, but I do order and use Sezzle (4 payments) when on Super Sale.
Bilveneers aka Brilliant Distinction has ever worse "Horse Teeth" for over $3K USD. Don't Do it.

Got my uppers, but they didn't fit well. My bite was screwed up. I asked customer service about it. They wanted a video, which I couldn't do, so I sent photos. Anyway, I wasn't sure where the issue was and stupidly said I thought it was with the holes in the appliance. I got a curt response saying that is the way it is. I wrote back and have not gotten a response dayS later. I finally bought a small buffing/grinding tool and have fixed it myself, almost. They LOOK good. The fit sucks. The customer service is great while you go through the ordering process. Once you receive them it seems you may be out of luck. I am so bummed, because I wanted to buy the bottoms too. Oh well.

He did my live chat to help me make good impressions and he was so kind . I actually felt comfortable showing him my teeth ! Which I hardly let any one see up close !! I highly recommend him to help with the process ! Thanks !!!

WOW! I was hesitant to purchase instasmile because I have very visible gums when I smile, but the product I received lined up with my gums flawlessly! The teeth look absolutely beautiful and super natural! They are a little loose on my teeth but it’s my fault because the impressions I gave them we’re a little sloppy. But I contacted instasmile and they responded quickly and were super helpful and have sent out a replacement kit so I can redo my impressions. I will update when I receive my new smile in about a month! I would totally recommend this company and I’ll be posting a video on youtube with more info and good pictures so you can really see how amazing this product is!

Update #2 Woah! So I received a new impression kit and messed it up again! But this time INSTAsmile surprised me by sending me a rescue kit!? I made a new video about it if you’re interested, but I was totally shocked. I didn’t know that was something INSTAsmile did and it saved me money so I didn’t need to purchase another impression kit! My experience: order placed on OCT
Nothing ever received, billed in Nov for first Pmt, I e mailed them at that time, no answer infact no answer until January!(that’s a long time to return an e mail) I was told 14 days had passed (more like 100) and I couldn’t cancel, this made no sense since I’m that time I’d received nothing, no product, no return phone call or e mail! They think they get to keep my 1,000 and provide me nothing? That is THEFT by Taking,THEFT by deception, Fraud, and Affirm is guilty of Conspiracy to commit fraud! Beware of this huge scam don’t be next!
