Scam company. Ordered glasses from them on the 9th. Told it would be 5 days. On the 22nd the address I emailed them to calls me and Said that they received a post it saying that they need a signature in the Reno NV post office to get it. Not the address I had it shipped to. I had emailed after it was very late to see if I could divert the shipping to my home address since I wouldn't be at that address again. No response. I've had to dispute it on my credit card or I would have had to pay for something I never would have got.

Ordered on the 23rd of March and said they would send me tracking within 3 days and it still is not sent my item. At this point I just want my money back I don’t want to deal with this company. Moreover, I have sent emails and they do not respond at all.

Placed an order 72 hours ago not shipped and no updates received so far. To be fair.. it has been 2 working days as the order was placed during the weekend, still not updates and I'm not able to reach them on the phone I'm afraid they closed down !

I had an excellent experience working with FramesHub. I ordered a fairly rare size Persol sunglasses. There was an initial delay that caused me to send a follow-up email. The representative, Tamara, in Rome, responded immediately and notified me of the backorder on the factory. She let me know very quickly afterward that the order was on its way, and to let her know when it was received. I had already received the shipping notice with tracking number from DHL by then and was able to track the package every step of the way through customs in Cincinnati to Chicago delivery. I will certainly order again from FramesHub. And I hope Tamara will handle my order. Craig in Chicago.

$106 frames held hostage for $161.14 shipping! Be warned - these frames come from overseas. Frameshub claims they warn you but it is buried in the fine print. When my glasses failed to arrive and I contacted the company, Tamara was unapologetic, told me to work it out with DHL and that if I insisted on a return, the shipping costs would come out of any refund - which, would mean I would forfeit the entire amount paid since shipping is more than the costs! Worst.Company.Ever. I am reporting them to the FTC.

I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews on line. My experience was stellar!! Ordered some ray ban frames. I was provided with accurate follow up info. after the order. The glasses arrived in 5 days. They were authentic and exactly what I thought they would be as I had done some research and tried them on and examined them at a big box eyeglass retailer. The price even with shipping was almost half of all other sites and stores I looked at, GOOD JOB FRAMESHUB!!!!

I'm not sure if this company is a scam or not but I need my money back. At the time I purchased my frames, I registered on the site. Now I can't log into the site. Says I never registered. I've sent countless emails and no response. I don't want the frames anymore just my money. Stay away from this site

I ordered my glasses on the 13th and have been charged on 15th. But I do not receive any notification after that... and when I log in to my account, it says the order is still in process... its not reasonable to charge the money first before order confirmation. Also i hope to get the glasses like 3-5days later as the web says because i really need it, but it has been over 10 days I have to buy another one. its a waste of time . Right now i just want to cancel the order and get my money back

Overall no issues. Only problem was on my part, I had not done my homework prior to placing and order with this company. I didn't realize it was not in the USA. And I was extremely nervous when I read the reviews. I will admit I didn't expect the custom charges after my item was recieved in the states. But I am sure I didn't read the fine print on their site. BUT I will say I am extremely pleased with my Ray Ban sunglasses clip-on. It fits my Ray Ban prescription glasses perfectly. It is very clearly marked with Ray Ban seal and had the paperwork to go with them.

I made an order almost a month ago and have yet to receive my item. I called DHL shipping and asked what the hold up was and they informed me that my package was stuck at US customs because you need to send the Device Listing number to them. It has to be sent by September 1st or they will be returning the package back to the sender. This has been a terrible experience throughout. I just want my glasses. If you don't get the information to DHL US customs by the deadline September 1st. I want my money back. I don't know why y'all have a number up if it doesn't even work. This is a US site for the love of God. My order number is 7031. Get the device listing number to them asap.

I was skeptical at first because of the very good price and some complaints about their customer service.
Anyway, I placed my order for one pair of Gucci glasses.
The glasses arrived nicely packed in a box. It included an authenticity certificate. ...and the glasses look amazing!
I guess that people write when something goes wrong with their purchase, very few customers review when they have a positive experience...
Thank you for your customer service and I'm going to place a new order soon!

I ordered for a pair of sunglasses on June 12th and haven't received them to this day. I emailed the customer service a couple days ago and haven't heard anything. This is extremely frustrating and upsetting. I will never order any products from this company again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. First of all, the delivery of the Ray Ban glasses took over a week and the website indicated 3 days. More over, the shipping cost was $16.00 and 5 days later an international transaction fee (that I never authorized) of $3.00 was charged to my account--UNACCEPTABLE.
Upon receipt of the glasses, I was OUTRAGED. They were cheap dollar store knock offs. The arms of the glasses were weak and bendable. The quality was below subpar. The website indicated that the Ray Bans were 100% authentic and that a certificate of authenticity was included. NOT THE CASE. The glasses were cheap and obviously fake and there was no certificate of authenticity included.
The return policy is just as sketchy. I emailed them a written communication of return, as specified by their website. I am waiting for a response so I can return their glasses and get my refund. FYI, this company is not based in the USA, they are in Italy.

I still haven't gotten my glasses and i was suppose to get them since last week but out of a sudden they were sold out and they didnt put that on their website until after i ordered them and they still haven't responded to my emails and when they did they werent clear of an answer. Im still waiting for my glasses and i hope they are authentic because i spent a lot of money and been waiting for those glasses to come and im becoming impatient and if they dont come by next week by monday or tuesday then i want to cancel my order from them because the shipping is taking long and im not sure if they charged my card already when i havent even received my glasses or has been shipped to me yet.

I ordered a pair of frames. After receiving a confirmation email I notice the it states costum duties may be applied. I started to research the company and found out this company is out of the country. 2 days later I sent via email to them stating I wanted to cancel my order and to refund my card they already charge. I haven't received an email for shipment yet. Next day, I received an email stating my package was being shipped to me. I contact DHL and told them I want to return the package to sender. I sent another email to frames hub. Finally got a response next day. I was informed that my email went into their spam folder. In my email they stated if the package was return to the company I will be charge for the shipping fee. As if it's my fault that my 2 emails went to their spam folder. Awful customer service!! Will never order from them again!

Very slow both in customer service and delivery. I actually started to worry that this was not a legitimate website as I heard nothing from them for over a week and they did not respond to my first email. My order was placed on 4/12 and they didn't respond until I sent a second email, started an online chat and phoned the international number on 4/20. They responded on 4/21 saying that the frames were delayed due to the Easter Holiday. They said that they should be in on 4/24 and I should get them in 1-2 days after that. After another email from me on 4/27 they replied back on 4/28 and said that they had just received the frames and that they would put them in the mail that day. I received them on 5/2. A good point is that the frames were really nice and beautifully packaged. So far I haven't received any additional customs/shipping fees as other customers noted.

I cannot get a response from customer service! After ordering a week ago, i still have not received my tracking number, which was said to be after 3 working days! After multiple emails to customer service, i still have not received a response. I should've looked at these reviews before ordering because this has been a TERRIBLE experience.
