Do NOT order from them online if you are based in the U.S. The products are mediocre at best, and not worth trying even when on sale because of the poor customer service or the lack thereof.
I got a blazer and two skirts for an upcoming interview. The color of the grey blazer and the grey skirt don't match, and the skirt is super thin and shows open seams/the back of the band was not closely sewn. I returned the two skirts and got a return confirmation email a few weeks later, but they only refunded ONE of the skirts. There's no way to track your return or view your order history easily whatsoever. No reason was given why the other skirt wasn't refunded.
They never reply to emails. I had to call the US customer service number (which is super hidden on their website) and after a few tries i just gave up. The number is only accessible on weekdays from 9am to 5pm EST, and on Mondays calls never go through. I managed to speak to a human three times, but the first two she promised would look into it with the warehouse and would escalate it to the upper management, but no definitive solution or answer was given. Nothing useful. The third time I called she just flat out told me my order disappeared and she couldn't locate it in the system. I just want to know why they only refunded one of the skirts i returned! The one not refunded was on sale, I asked if that could be the reason, but she said no and there's nothing written in the return policy that sale items couldn't be returned. So anyways, I lost both the money and the skirt.
