LACK of dealing with on-line orders. POOR customer service.
3 weeks after ordering and still no mail - no information, nothing, I contact them and get this answer ???
"Your parcel has been sent back to us due to a delivery error.
After the parcel is back into our warehouse, you will be refunded. Please note that the refund process can take up to 14 working days.

Not shipped from UK - If I knew that I would've gone to local shop - UPS are not the best delivery option and had to get someone to be in all day to avoid missing the delivery.

Placed order on 30th August and took full amount on 2nd September. Received email advising that shorts were on the way but the top hadn't been shipped. 3rd September I went onto the UA website and queried when I would get the top as I needed it for a present only to be told that it was out of stock. When would they have told me that it was out of stock if I hadn't queried? No advice whatsoever - yet they have my money and apparently it will take 3-5 days to get it back. Poor show and I won't be buying from here again.

Ordered online. Nothing received for ages...turns out half my order delivered to an 'access point' i have to go and collect and the other delayed. Useless. Cancelled everything and going elsewhere.

Order placed and charged . Then nothing for 3 weeks .
Had to open a PayPal dispute . This was refunded by Under armour minutes before PayPal would have refunded me using the line that I had ‘cancelled the order’
Out right lies .
AVOID THIS COMPANY - YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM

Ordered 2 weeks ago, order still stuck on "being processed" - have not received any communication from Under Armour apart from order confirmation.
I have been charged for my orders, even though their website says I would only get charged once items shipped.

Similar to previous reviews. They offered a discount, they took the payment and then 3 days after they canceled the order. It happened to many people to be accidental!

Order cancelled without warning or explanation but didn't receive a refund until I opened a claim with PayPal, two weeks after cancellation.
I accept that mistakes happen but their consistent lack of regard towards their customers isn't acceptable.
All of my gym gear is Under Armour. I won't be buying more.

Absolutely shocking customer service, I placed an order in good faith and they have refused to honor that order but have not give a refund, they dont reply to emails even when its an official complaint through Paypal, I would never buy one of their products again even from a third party.
I have contacted BBC watchdog program and suggest other people do the same and get this company Named and Shamed!

Shameful. Ordered and paid for items. They confirmed the orders. 10 days later out the blue they send an email saying they are refunding me within 4 days no explanation. Still waiting for the refunds. Had 2 orders.
Disgusting way to treat customers. Never deal with them again and will make sure all my colleagues know not to buy from them.

Took payment, money taken from account.
Received order confirmation email.
Order updated to being processed on website.
Received rude and grammatically incorrect blanket email to say my order was cancelled with no explanation of why.
Got in contact with customer service, and I received an even ruder blanket email.
Stay away! Their customer service is non existent, unacceptable for a company worth billions.

Awful, ordered goods and got confirmation, three days later my order was cancelled. Had to wait a full week just for confirmation that my refund was being processed. Stick with Nike or another leading brand where you can have confidence in the company.
Website is poor, range limited and customer service shocking.
To add to this, I have noticed that only one of my orders has been refunded and 2 weeks after cancellation find myself chasing up my refund.. they still have my money.
Pointless calling their customer services as it doesn’t seem to be staffed.

I placed an order for 11 different items on the 19th May for 3-5 day delivery and 10 days later I have received no items, refund, or any communication whatsoever from this shoddy company.
Clothes are sub-standard anyway so easy to avoid shopping with them again.

If i could give 0 stars i would.
I ordered items and just got an email 4 days later saying your ordered is being refunded even know i didnt ask for a refund. The customer care was awful as they never got back to me and i got refunded 3 weeks later over different days. Under armour weren't bothered at all, still think its a disgrace the way i bought items hoping under armour would honour what i bought and send the items i bought to me.
Id avoid using under armour on all costs especially if they have offers on because your dont even know if you will get those items.

Same issue as thousands by the looks of it, ordered on 19th May, still no products money taken but not returned. Website states customer services are closed on 30th May so nobody to contact! Will be ringing Trading Standards tomorrow.
Would recommend contacting the bank where funds came from. Have contacted mine today and they’re refunding my money and raising a dispute on my behalf.
