Fake company scammed out of £800. Have informed Action Fraud and trading standards. If you've been affected please inform Action fraud and hopefully, if there are enough complaints they will investigate.

Gutted that we were so stupid paying by bank transfer but as with everyone else the price was too good to be true, done for £400 for fridge freezer, numerous phone calls, spoke to jenny and she was so convincing, she assured it would definitely be delivered on 4 separate dates, I even said I was very worried about this not taking place and they had run of with our money, she was upset that I could think that they would do such a thing, how do these people sleep at night, probably very well in some beautiful location with all our money!!!!

Having also fallen prey to these awful criminals, I am furious. Being done out of my savings on an item of necessity really leaves me feeling ill and penniless. From what I have heard there is no hope in reclaiming my money, but I have taken the time to report to Action Fraud, who have a very easy online reporting system. Let's hope they are caught.

Ordered and paid for a washing machine. Given 6th and 13th May for delivery but not arrived. Email from Peter Harper apologising for delay. Rang and emailed them constantly but mailbox now full and not taking messages. Do not use these people.

Ordered a cooker, got email confirmation. Rescheduled delivery and got email response from them (Peter Harper 0208 068 0372).
Delivery never happened, emailed but no response, called but no response.

Sadly this is a scamming site so my advice to all is phone them first, if no response then DO NOT USE!!!!!! they will take your money and run.

Passed all info to the Police and the banks including the Halifax where the money was paid into.

Taken money and delivery not made. Number given diverts to voicemail and messages full so I think I can kiss my money good bye. Disappointing to say the least. At least the money I have lost was honestly earned.

Non-delivery of washing machine

Had ordered a washing machine, waited for delivery on 6th & 13 May, which was re-scheduled.
No reply from these people as yet.

AVOID! as previous reviews - scammed out of £300 quid. No goods, no money.

Like a fool ordered a £299 washing machine on line,paid by bank transfer phoned no answer checked order status due for delivery Tuesday 9th May ! never arrived chased again and no website 1 then came live again and status altered to re delivery on Wednesday 10 th May,once again no delivery checked on google maps couldnt find them,phoned nearby Unit who have never heard of them !
My bank very helpful (Co-operatve bank) tracked their account with Santander who stated had several similar claims ,trying to recover the money,reported to trading Standards will also report to the Police but not sure they will do anything !Too busy no doubt to chase crooks like these !!must be able to track the phone number !

Ordered goods from this company this week & it all seemed legitimate. However no goods delivered & no answer from company despite leaving message. Very frustrated as they ask you to pay directly via bank transfer to their Santander account & my bank cannot do anything about this as it is a direct payment you have authorised so their fraud department cannot help. They said it is a civil matter which needs to be reported to the police. Disappointed to hear from previous reviewer that police were not helpful but will give it a try anyway as being swindled out of £379 makes my blood boil & wouldn't want anyone else to experience same rage!!

Scam. Do not use. Do not give these people money. They took payment by bank transfer and have not delivered, answered the phone or replied to emails since.

Trying to get money from the bank. Bank are not being helpful.

Reported to the police. Police are not being helpful.

Do not use, 2 failed deliveries and several unanswered phone calls, just keeps going to voicemail. I've have been scammed out of £300. I'm hoping my bank will get my money back from there Halifax account. I have notified my banks fraud squad and trading standards also over this.

Placed an order online when it came to payment the only option was to do a bank transfer I called and spoke to Jennifer who said there payment system was down via PayPal ? And that they may be getting Sagepay installed on Friday 12th may ... I wasn't happy about this so decided to investigate there are no google mentions in this company the Website is hosted on a free web builder in February of this year . I called to speak to them again today and the number diverts to a mobile number who's mailbox is full - lucky escape could have transferred over £1200 for a fridge and freezer - if it's too good to true - it normally is !!! Don't like scammers ?

Not sure yet,, trying to place a 'probably scam order'
have some strange payment methods so beware, says all payments handled by paypal so you then lose your section 75 protection, on my order asked for direct bank transfer to a Santander account number
Also have checked out address on website and google earthed and dropped into street view to find NO 23a, and a company called fresh Fresh Bite in a small unit at No.23..... DEfinetely no major appliance warehouse
If you know different or have had success let me know

Also tried calling several times to customer services, when answered no company info given just a message saying they will call back..........with as you guess no call back, checked the number on whos calling me too with nothing there either
