I'd give zero stars if I could! Told me I won something in the lotto euromillions, then tried to log back in and they blocked me from my account and now won't respond to me at all!!!!!!!! Sent over 10 emails, their online chat isn't online - it's just another email, instant messenger on Facebook is left unread.. and their phone is going straight to voicemail!! Terrible service.. I don't know what I have won but I want to know!!!!

For over a year i have had a subscription. I checked my account and found out it's not a direct debit and can only be closed if the bank intervene. Over the year they have increased my subscription and when i did win (did i really win £23.62) they never informed me. Cheers. I tried to withdraw it and nothing happened.
Nothing happens in terms of winning with this lot......only losing.

I have been a customer of jackpot.com for around a month(well was). They were really friendly at the start then all of a sudden they changed. My friends have still got membership on the site but also no longer use the site. As I had taken screenshots of all the messages that the customer support had sent me on live chat. I showed them it and they were amazed, and not in a good way. And didn't want anything like that happening to them.
They singled me out from the other customers and put a wagering requirement when all my friends didn't have one. I wanted to deposit money and i askes them about the promotion on saturday and then they said I had to wait for Vicky to come into work to give me a promotional offer for deposit(on tuesday). I asked for a promotion on a Saturday and spoke to 3 different customer support all at once. Michael, Corey, Nick were the three that tried and tell me that they're not really bothered about me and that they were not going to offer me a promotion and that I should "get gone" I waited 3 to 4 days till Tuesday to speak to Vicky as I didn't deposit due to being spoken to very rudly. (Worst customer service ever) I messaged her and asked what promotion she could give on a £100 and she said that she isn't going to offer me anything anymore and that I should spend any money I deposit intead of asking for a promotion. She also said that if they ever offer me a promotion that they were going to put a wagering requirement on me.
I tried to explain to her that I wanted to deposit on saturday and I was spoken to rudly and that they also said that because she's the one that's dealing with my account only Vicky could offer me a promotion.( that was a first for me. Waiting for someone to come to there job to get a promotion on a deposit) Vicky reply was well my colluegues are right and that if I really wanted to bet that much I should just deposit and play. This completely shocked me and I was amazed. Asked her why the casino has all of a sudden changed and started being very rude to it's customers and I also rang them on phone and OMG they basically ganged up on me and laughed on the phone and said if you don't like it leave as but know that you're currently losing money with us and that I'm £1,000 less and that they've made a profit from me. It's not about the money But they singled me out and were very rude. They wanted me to stop using the casino So I would just leave, which I will as soon as I get my money from the casino that I have withdrew.

I contacted the phone line again after a few days of not using jackpot.com. I spoke to MICHEAL who said if you don't want to use jackpot.com then fair enough and to find a better gambling site if I could. (I did btw.. OJO is so much better) all I asked was why was I singled out from other custoners and they said we treat all customers different. CLEARLY!
After getting off the phone to MICHEAL I went on to jackpot.com after getting a message apparently saying I was misusing jackpot.com and they also tried to play out I have a gambling issue. Take it from someone that hardly gambles and even when he does is only a small amount.. I DO NOT HAVE ANY GAMBLING ISSUE. Gambling is supposed to be fun and something to enjoy yourself with but jackpot.com killed that for me while I was on there. Well anyway, after getting the message I tried logging back onto jackpot.com and found that they had blocked me. They blocked me for no reason and this just clearly shows once they have your money they don't care and will single you out as long as they make a profit from the customer. Doesn't really bother me that they got my money adter playing on there site but the fact that they treat there customers horribly and really don't care and they know it and do it on purpose.
JACKPOT.com will LIE CHEAT AND STEAL from you So it would be best for everyone if you avoid them at all costs. Don't trust them and if you have any money on there account I suggest you withdraw it as soon as possible as if they block you then you will lose all the money you had on there account like I did. Honestly not worth the hassle playing on here as there are plenty of other gambling sites you could use that are more trustworthy and quiet frankly better. Also you won't have to worry about anything like getting blocked for no reason after you make money from them like many people on here gave experienced they don't want you to take any profit from them and if you do then they will try every dirty trick in the book to stop you from getting it like saying you did fraudulent activity like MANY people on here have experienced when all they did was go on roulette and place a high bet and won. After winning they'll send you a message and not give you the winnings or just say that there was a glitch and that you didn't win. My friend won a £5,000 betand they withheld his payment and then blocked him giving no reason whatsoever. My friend being himself didn't want any trouble and just left it and didn't want to peruse it furture. I would just like everyone to know what tactics they do if you win from them.

Not sure why others complian. I've used many gambling sites and I always had to verify my identity to withdraw the winnings. Did the same in Jackpot.com, followed all the rules and had no issues. They also raised my subscription price, but I got an email about it in February so I had time to cancel it. Plus the choice of casino games is huge now! I totally recommend to everone :)

I spoke to one of the Geeza's on the LiveChat asking about where to send the ID verification, even better he said just click and drop into this chat window when I did this he even verified and reopened my account for me with 5 minutes and told me
He had including offers for the lottery, I don't really go for online lottery but I had a look anyway and definitely will use them especially as it was explained that most other casinos there is wagering requirement for free spins to convert the bonus to real funds.
He informed me that at Jackpot there are no wagering requirements on free spins; therefor it can be used for lotto, casino, live casino or you can even withdraw it.

Stay away from this site, they are not to be trusted.
I only looked to see how easy it was to buy lottery tickets online and decided I did not like the way that they operated.
I am now subjected to annoying pop-ups advertising their site and will have to find an anti adware program to solve this.
When I used "chat" to complain I was told to expect adverts if I visited the site.....
Just imagine if every site that you visited injected unrequested code into your laptop how unpleasant the internet experience would be.

Awful experience, wish I had read reviews earlier, yes they doubled my monthly subscription without my authority, so far this year they have received pennies short of £100. In that time I used £7.50 ,yet my account shows a balance of £33...... Which yes I cannot withdraw apparently, no facility!

Tried customer service, he was doing the sums to look at the problem and after 20 minutes (abacus stuck I presume) click He hung up!
Tried ringing them, pre recorded voice followed by music message and....you could easily guess what next....click....the machine hung up! Repeated and at exactly the same time it hung up again! Almost as if their fancy computerised system is programmed to turn away people chasing their lost money.
Will be ringing again this week, then handing them over to my solicitor and BBC WATCHDOG if problem is not resolved

AVOID.....company not to be trusted!
Payments start at a low price then go up hugely and you are not able to cancel. My subscription went up from 35.99 a monthly for 2 lotteries to 86.77.
Once you want to cancel they block your phone calls, WhatsApp, Live chat, and facebook messenger and is impossible to contact them.
The payments are set up in a way that you cannot cancel with your bank and then the only way the can cancel is to stop your card.
In addition in the unlikely event you win big like me......40e!!!! (joke) then you cannot withdraw it unless you contact them, and again it is impossible to contact them and they don't reply.
Save you money and play the real lottery - this is not a lottery, you are not playing the real lotteries, just placing a bet that in the event you guess the correct numbers you have to hope that Jackpot.com will pay you the money!!!

Well all should be simple . However your whole raisin d’etre is to sell tickets to your punters. You are forever trying to tempt your account holders to spend more and more money. Sometimes a person thinks they are having a one off . Later they find that in the small print somewhere is a box you forgot to tick and actually your card is being debited monthly. And you keep saying responsible gambling . I eventually found my card was being debited far more than I ever intended. I have therefore cancelled all my ongoing bets and taking a month off to wash everything through to double check that I am back in control again and I am aware of all amounts and there are no surprises on my account .
Your whole soft ware package is a nightmare to operate . Although I go in to look at things it is not easy navigating to what you want to find . Basically I am always asking myself where the heck is this or that.

Absolutely useless website. I never get notifications from them at all. Not in inbox not to spam folder. You can add a subscription and pay but you are unable to deactivate or cancel your active subscription. They make it as hard as they can to cancel a subscription. They just simply dont want you to cancel it easily. I guess thousands of people have active subscription with them who dont even know about it they just grab the money from your account.
Now I asked them to cancel my active subscription and they said "all bets are final". How the hell something be final if it hasn't happened yet?! Their website is nightmare. You will enter a maze where the only one exit is to pay and subscribe. No return. Now I asked Lloyds to cancel these future debit card payments.
