Absolutely Awful service!!!!!avoid this company like the plague unless you don’t mind being ignored or actually receiving your items! Purchased a desk calendar 12 days ago for a colleagues leaving present (which was last night) the website says Maximum 3 days processing and 5 days delivery! Which should have been received well in time.....still showing as processing. Messages and emails all sent over the course of the last 4 days panicking as our main office gift had not arrived and at £19.50 for a calendar with £7 postage should have been here! Bitterly disappointed they have closed and ignored messages, emails and PMs. No calendar. No contact. I have no choice to cancel my card purchase. So UK customers seriously consider using another company that actually delivers and is uk based as you get NO customer service

Actually very disappointed with the Premium prints. Needed my headshots for an audition but I can't even use them as they are blurry, the skin tone looks washed and the result is a complete different picture to the original, to the point that I won't be able to use them and have to urgently print somewhere else. Had used the service before, but this time I can't believe how bad they look.

Avoid this company.
Purchases still not arrived after 12 days.
Links in confirmation email don’t work, including ‘track my order’ and ‘contact us’ (Error 404)
Contact email provided by PayPal returns with ‘This inbox is closed’

150 plus good quality 6 x 4 prints including tax and postage for less than £20. Have used Foto.com UK now for some time and just about to place a repeat order.

Still haven’t received my order. Emailed twice to help line and support and still haven’t heard anything back from you. That was days ago. So Messaged foto on messenger and again haven’t had a reply. They have Took money out my account still no product or even notification that it has even been send.

So far I've had a very poor experience. Ordering online I was never shown a confirmation message to say my order was received. I'm still waiting to receive a 10 standard photo order over 10 days later. I've now been communicated to in French having ordered on the UK site. Total mess. Not recommended and unlikely I'll be using them again.

Ordered an aluminium print, received damaged. I've tried continually to reach out to this company, by email, contact form and phone. Neither tickets from email or their contact form have had a response in over 3 days, and their phone line never has anyone available to answer the call.
My only option at this point is to dispute the payment with PayPal - money is the only thing these zero support companies understand.

I have still not received my photos, and in spite of e-mailing to find out where they are, so far have just received a message saying the support staff are looking into my request. But nothing further from them, and the photos have still not arrived. Not happy at all at the lack of response. I know that mail can get lost, but then a complaint needs to be followed up pretty sharpish. And I still want my photos.

It would appear that this company has a different idea to what 3-4 days means to the rest of us. I'm currently at day 19 and still haven't received my prints. It took more than a week before they were even printed and then several more days before dispatch. The Customer service is slow too - 6 days for a response which didn't help much either. There are other services online that dispatch in 24 hours and even better shops and supermarkets where you can get them printed while you wait. Wish I'd done that my self now. Heck I know faster tortoises than this lot. Expecting my photos somewhere around the the turn of the next millennium after they have been sent the wrong way round the globe several times before reaching me.

They accepted my order and taken my money.
13 days and still waiting, phone is continuously engaged even out of hours ???.
They will not reply to emails giving order number, not given tracking number.
As I have sent 4 emails now does this mean I Will have to get a credit but reading other reviews this is a problem as well.

Queried that I wanted white borders to photo but could not find setting. Reply was a general "We have processed your order" followed by "Case closed" . Their website leaves a lot to be desired. Photos turned up with no borders.

Spent hours and hours in my spare time creating a number of photo books, due to very high postage costs I wanted to place one order to cut costs down. When I came to place my order 4 out of the 5 had been deleted from the system. I was informed by Foto.com that projects are deleted after 60 days. And the projects still show up under my projects, its not until you click on it that it says deleted so I was unaware until I tried to add to basket. Customers should be informed of this on the website. Very disappointed, I feel like I’ve wasted a lot of my time!

Totally unacceptable! They have taken over DKK 6000 from my card without my permission. made two orders that totaled around 800 DKK with shipping. I never got a confirmation email for the orders, but could see that they draw over 6000 DKK from my account which I immediately responded to, for it made no sense.
as it turned out none of my two orders had gone through, which I had spent incredible many hours on, as their website is incredibly poor and slow to upload and is just not user friendly. Really a painful process. Their system cannot upload more than 1500 images, which means you have to make one for ordering, which the system first tells you when trying to check out, so you waste your time
Besides all this, there was an offer that was -50%, but this marketing was complete missleading, as it was only for premium pictures and not the other pictures, but this was not stated on their website. So when I came to check out and was going to pay and used their code to get my -50%, it didn't work, it dawned on me that it was only the premium, so I had to change everything, which again took 100 years. Then I finally got ordered two orders, where all my premium images got automatically after entering the promo code -50% and this was all sizes that automatically got this discount. But then that they took over 6000 kr from me but no order went through.
I have written back and forth with foto.com but again this is a completely slow and tender process, you can't call and get answers quickly, no it is only via email. and have max received two replies per day, which one would think was enough, but since there are only small parts of one's email being answered at a time it is completely useless.
This happened on Sunday and I still do not feel I am closer at getting my money back, I have been told that it has been brought to the right department, but now it is soon Thursday and I really need my money, but have not seen the shadow of them.
I have also asked if I can get the -50% on a new order, as it is the cheapest place, as it was their system that made a mistake and I would have got this discount if there had not been a system error . I got the answer back that I can only get -50% on 10x15 images, which makes no sense when I could get the -50% on all sizes when I entered the promo code. In addition, I really also think they should give something for all the trouble they have given me. and especially give me my money back, this should happen immediately! totally unacceptable!

Have used Foto.com on numerous occasions for smaller and poster size prints.In all cases have been delighted with the quality of all items.All items have arrived in good condition having been securely packed. I would have no reservation in recommending this company.

ordered and paid. confirmation of shipping received over two weeks ago. nothing arrived yet, their email links to track and contact don't work, they don't answer the phone (8 times) so if I were you I would go elsewhere
