I ordered a set of Drift w1 from Segway and has sinfe February (5 months) tried to have fixed a error on the one set.
I do get reply on email, after 2 weeks. But they keep telling me that it is not their problem and I have to talk to a different department.

Sent what looks like a customer return with a broken handle. Took ages to respond to emails and then refused to refund my postage costs which won't be cheap as it's a bulky item. It took two weeks to get a definitive response.
Possibly the worst customer service I have experienced.

Yes deffo is I ordered Segway on the 14th Dec and the same fake tracking order still no Segway have u revived yours

Anybody know if there is a scam on the Segway online site? I ordered something ten days ago and they seemed to disappear off the map since. Just getting recorded messages and no email response. Shockingly bad service.
