Worst returns process I've ever experienced. Blatant lack of respect from customer service and deliberately making it impossible to file a return so you can't get your money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Appalling online service. I had ordered online to access a broader range and firstly, although my order was above the value where postage would be free, a charge was applied online. I decided to go for the option of delivery to a store, but be aware that this takes 2 dats longer than normal delivery.
My order did not arrive on time though, and I had already left to go on holiday. Went to get it on my return, and although it was the final day to collect it, Calzedonia had already cancelled my order and it was no longer at the store. I have still received no email confirmation from Calzedonia on this.
Their service online is in stark contrast to their shops where the staff are generally very helpful and charming, but given the prevelance of online shopping, they need to improve there.

Bad customer service at London oxford street and Westfield white city, i think this company doesn’t look well after the staff they’ve got as the managers or people in charge there must be under pressure the way they talked to me was bad and it seams that there is a competition between the different stores in the same company in same city, I was like no way,
if you want to refund an item and get your money back you must go to the original store where you first bought it , never see that before these days in London ...
jajaja that make me laugh just because she said like upset face and voice tone, if I refund it this to you here I will lose the money
so that means you have to go back with your bikini it what ever all the way to where ever you first bought even if is outside London it wherever it would be tha calzedonia store to get your money back in 30 days of date you bought it.

I would give zero if I could - diabolical service.
I first ordered a bikini with a 30% off code only for them to take two weeks of saying “it’s on its way” to them being told they had lost it and I had to re-order but gave me free shipping. I said I would only accept the 30% off again which they did give.
I then re-ordered (and paid again). Had to collect the bikini in store, the top was then too big- they would not exchange it for the same price I was told I would have to return and re order this time paying full price. They also require a printer for returns and cannot take back in store unless you have this. The alternative is booking a collection through an extremely expensive phone number which you cannot get a decent service from.

Lost my package and claim that they delivered it to me!!! It's not with anyone in the building, the UPS tracking number doesn't work - worst experience ever.

I bought a pair of thermal socks in Friday, I wear them on Sunday and they were already broken and they looks like you wear them for almost 2years. I went to the store asking for a return and they told me that they will not give me a return police. The pantys or interior stockings, weren’t on sale!!!

One of the worst companies I have ever ordered from. They sent me a broken item, refused to replace it and the only way I could return it was by booking the collection service myself via one of those extremely expensive calls to UPS automated service. I have been bounced back and forth through a range of unnecessary options before I was able to speak to a person and even then it was a nightmare to discern what they required me to do, as even a person speaks like a robot and is not even trying to be helpful. I bet the cost of the call will surpass the price of the item I purchased! I'll never shop at Calzedonia again.

I bought an expensive pair of tight, I wear them for one day and it was already broken!!! The customer care in Greece was too poor..the empoloee was never apologise and was ironical. I sent them a picture and he told me that I have to drive 50km to see the problem and then to change the tight!! Not good for an international company. Really disappointed,we will never buy again and this is not for the tight, it is for the ironical behavior.

Never EVER buy from this company! Despite lovely looking clothes, I returned a faulty pair of leggings bought abroad only to be told that I could only have a code to that value. I accepted it and bought new clothes which arrived but did not fit so returned them. I was then told by Martina (Customer Services) that I was not entitled to buy any other clothes to the full replacement value of what I originally bought but could have 20% off my next purchase. Complete theft of £43!

Ordered online, package supposed to be delivered within two working days. After five working days no package. I contacted Customer Service, and apparently, I should pick up my package myself from elsewhere (?!). Courier didn't try to enter the property or call me saying that nobody was home, but we have a concierge at the door who's picking up deliveries! It looks like they didn't even attempt to deliver the parcel! Customer Service doesn't see a problem. Ignored my request to deliver the package or give me back my money. Utterly disappointing - no money and no package at the moment.

Made my order on Sunday, received it on Tuesday. Good quality tights and socks and packaged nicely. Only reason why I won't give them 5 stars is because they use UPS, they always deliver late in the day and whenever I get a parcel delivered by them they always don't bother pressing the doorbell. This time however I was lucky but they delivered at 1 pm in the day, luckily I had someone at home to receive the order. Other than that, I am pleased they dispatched my order so quickly and the socks and tights I ordered are all very cute and nice quality.

I bought an expensive pair of tights at a shop (Germany) and I trusted the employee and the size information printed on the package but the item did not fit AT ALL.
The shop however refuses to take the item back and refund.
I wrote an e-mail to complain about this but they never bothered to answer.

I bought a bikini top at Calzedonia in Italy. The closure of this bikini top was broken and I received a € 30 credit voucher in august. I could only use this voucher online. On the 5th of September I ordered 2 bikini tops and 2 shorts online for the price of € 56.60 min my voucher of € 30 (broken bikini). On the 12th of September I will return 1 bikini bottoms (€ 9.90) and 1 bikikitop (€ 19.90) back because it did not fit. I received € 13.99 for this. This is not right!
Since July I am busy arranging my broken bikini top, via chat, via a store in the neighborhood, via mail, ...
Today I contacted them again via chat, but until now no result. It really starts to take too long.

Totally DISGUSTED with your service! Order #4415150 placed online 13 days AGO!! Went to the store where I have to collect the package and the information that I received is: " we don't know where your order is ". What a JOKE!! Asked for a refund and was informed I have to wait 8 days!! They need extra 8 days to "investigate what happened to your order". So right now I am out of 120 euros and no order! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have ordered a few clothes recently. Firstly, Calzedonia is not cheap but a quality is not great. All dresses are made of very thin fabrics so I don't know for how long they will last. But I keep them because they are nice and fit me. Secondly, a bikini I ordered was huge and didn't look nice in reality- it looked great in the pictures though. Bottoms and top- cheap fabrics and not nice. I sent it back.
They use UPS services which is rubbish. They just pass my house all the time and leave parcel at the pick up point. What is the point to pay for delivery then? I was at home and nobody bothered to ring a bell... I called UPS to report it, not very helpful. And I suggested Calzedonia to use another courier. One girl from customer service was a disaster- she was like "whatever" and " Don't respond to my email" another one was a bit more helpful and said, they will look up at it.
Money back didn't take them too much time so it was good.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ONLINE! 100% awful customer service! First of all, they put the wrong size for swimsuit in my order after I had paid. Then they said they can't amend the order even 2 minutes after I had paid! They said I have to return the item (not possible to return in the shop!!!). The online assistant was totally useless and just said that I have to return the item and get a refund. The item arrived, I have to print copies and the barcode was wrong first time, plus you have to call a number and schedule a collection (VERY TIME CONSUMING). And finally, they will not REFUND the original postage fee! Even though they made a mistake a sent the wrong size but they still charge you (quite a bit) for postage and expect you to spend all that time to return the item. The return is thus not completely free! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE! Horrible service.

The Thermal leather legging that I have purchased from Calzedonia Zorlu Center has started to peel after 2 wears. I have returned the product to the store but was informed that as I did not have the receipt nothing can be done. This was not my first purchase of this type of legging as I wore the leather effect leggings for a long time with no problems. The clear indifference and disregard of customer happiness of Calzedonia is frankly very disappointing. I, myself, am in Textile industry as a producer / exporter to many High-end brands and we as the producers are expected to stand behind our products' quality.

I would never buy anything again at Calzedonia. Last year I bought a bikini which was really expensive and after one season I can just throw it away because it’s already having any defects. The bikini was worn actually only for about three weeks during vacation and was always handle it with the utmost care. A couple of weeks ago I wrote to Calzedonia to explain this very unsatisfying situation. until today I have not even received a reply from them . For the price of one bikini from Calzedonia you can easily buy two in another shop which will probably even last more than only one season.
For me this company provides no customer support, The prices are way too high and the quality is poor.

I placed an order but they took so long to send it out I ended up going into the store to get the item so refused delivery on 7th December as advised by them. They apparently received it back on 12 December. It is now 10th January and still no refund. I have asked them what is happening with it but they keep fobbing me off and saying they will get back to me. Appalling service online- the shop however is great really nice staff - the same cannot be said for their online staff !!
