They did not have the Limousine I booked, saying it is in maintance and gave me another one which cost me more which I was ok, however the driver was rude and asking us to come to a address that was not the same as discussed with the company. After calling the company again, then the driver agreed to come to the place we fixed.
After coming at the location he did not come where we were standing however call us and told us can you see my car, if yes, come fast towards it, WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS!!!!! After we sat in the car the AC were not working and when I asked him, he said it is that much only and anyways it is cold outside. The cold drinks that they kept were also not cold. The music system were also not too good.

I booked this for a special day and I regret booking this services from here.

I have had one of the worst experiences in my life with your limousine services. I am sure you business is sound however your driver was undoubtly the worst service I have ever received. I will detail all the aspects in which I am severely disappointed and unfortunately will be leaving a less than desired review online. I never leave bad reviews however this one I must due to its terrible nature and I believe he should be fired immediately.

1. Driver arrived at wrong address which is okay however when told correct address he began trying to persuade us to walk to his address which was a significant distance to travel by foot.

2. When greeted very cold and uninterested to drive us which was unfortunate as we were keeping up good vibes to attend our event.

3. Aux cable was broken and he offered no assistance to aid us we figured out by ourselves.

4. Another guest went to go speak while he was driving and noticed he was driving while looking at photos of women on his phone.

5. Wouldn't take a photo of us next the limo which I might assume is policy however rudely approached his answer.

6. The most important negative aspect of this service was that he incorrectly arrived at the drop off point to which he very rudely got angry at us and when given the directions to the right address refused to take us and after an argument dropped us a few metres ahead on the side of the road.

Overally incredibly dissatisfied and would like a refund or action to be taken.

I had been looking forward for the limo ride which I had booked as a thank you gift to my friends who were hosting me in Dubai.Unfortunately, my choice of travels turned out to be poor as the Limo had technical issues!!!! I had to take my friends in this faulty limo in which the AC was making a really loud annoying noise, and when we complained , the driver turned it off and we had to pass the rest of the ride sweating, with the windows open! Not a luxury ride by any stretch.

Further, the glasses kept inside were DUSTY and the music system was not working at all

The worst part was the driver's attitude, on asking him any thing, he rattled off their office number and asked me to call them , which I did, several times, the first time one person (Sahil) picked up and then said he would call back, which he never did! I had to call again, and then the second person was not interested in listening to the problem, but instead wanted to know who I spoke to the first time! I tried calling them again, but ultimately had to give up , as obviously, they had already received my payment in advance (online booking) and hence were not even interested in listening.

I did not get even an apology from a SINGLE person in this agency for a) Having wasted a huge amount of my hard earned money b) For inviting my dear friends , who are in very high positions to such a lousy ride where we were all treated rudely

Pre-Ride issues: After I booked the Lincoln stretch limousine, I had to follow up several times by calling to their office, and each time a different person would pick up and ask me to write a mail with my pick up details, which I did to Martin and Rachit, and again I had to call up to confirm that the ride was actually happening.

The only reason why I made it a point to write this review is that someone else does not waste their hard earned money like me , with such an unprofessional agency. Hope it helps someone. Atleast , DONOT pay until you get the service. Once you pay, then all is lost!

We booked pickup in Dubai airport 3am and after 7 phone calls a driver showed up - he had No clou of the fastest way to our hotel - but then one week later we were pick up only 10 min late - and got a driver that was taking a nap durring our 40 min. ride to Dubai airport - this was scary !
