Placed and payed an order with them recently. After some delays [2.5 weeks which he blamed on the manufacturer] the status of my order was changed to 'sent' [Verzonden in Dutch]. I received an email from UPS with the tracking no. but UPS tracking system only reported that a shipping label had been created and no package had been received. Tried to contact UAV Works about this, no reply. After 4 days there was still no package received by UPS. Searched the web and found a tel no. for the company but the number was not in service [there is no tel on the website and whoever runs it doesn't use an actual name on his/hers email replies] . Had to submit a claim to Paypal [which I won] to get my money back. Beware of this company. If you still want to do business with them after reading this, do not use bank transfer for the payment, you will have no protection whatsoever.
