Drone permits for Namibia and Botswana. UAV Systems helped me get drone permits for flying in Namibia and Botswana. They walked me through all of the steps including permit fees and all of the documentation that the two countries wanted. They were very responsive through the whole process. Note: start your permits early, these countries required 6-8 weeks to process the applications).

I bought $2,000 drone from them and they initially said it would be ready in 3 weeks. Four weeks later, they sent me an e-mail asking if I was interested in purchasing a drone. I gave them my order number and asked for a final date for construction/completion which was April 20th. It's April 22nd and I haven't heard back from anyone--I've been asking for updates all week leading up to April 22nd. My problem is consistent with other bad reviews: they don't communicate and they don't deliver their products.

Its my First purchase with them. i have been operating the drone since a week now and have found it to be very easy going and satisfying. No problems till now. The customer service is also worth mentioning. I had some problem in the initial setup, the customer executive helped me out very well.

BUYER BEWARE!!!
Customer service is non exsistent. We purchased a drone ($3000) back in March and we have yet to receive it. They do not answer their phone, the online chat is rarely available and nobody emails me back. Give your business to someone else.

After nearly two months have elapsed the drone finally arrived. I have tried it and it works well.
The delivery period and customer experience were not top notch. After my initial review I am now updating it to reflect the full experience. That is why I have upgraded the review to 3 stars.

Having paid $241 extra for expedited shipping for my drone, I am still waiting for proof of shipment to be sent to me. Payment was confirmed as being received by UAV Systems on the morning of 12th June. I as then told that as my order ( Mavic pro fly more) is a popular item it takes time for them to process order. I was then told it was shipped on Wednesday, but they are unable to provide tracking number as they have not received it from their shipping department. So no order received, no proof of shipment and no answers from UAV. Emails and online chat queries are answered solely by one person (David M). Sadly, my experience is the same as that of the person who posted the other review. Should I not receive proof of shipment by Monday 19 June or refund of my money to my account I will be reporting this to the federal and international authorities (the company is registered in Canada and the US). I would definitely not recommend this company and warn others to beware. I only ranked them one star as it is impossible to give zero.

I bought a drone U$ 99.- plus U $ 49.- for an express delivery service to Helsinki - Finland, and they sent it to a wrong address, we did not have the tracking number on time to follow it, and this took almost a month, so the product came back to them.
I have to say that they have refunded my money back.
It was a poor experience. I knew at last that they had changed their site and system when I made my purchase, so everything was out of their hands. It would be better if this would be announced first to the clients.
I hope they will improve their performance after my case.
