Im communicating now with a very nice lady on uadreams from Charkov. I hope soon to meet her in real life! In mails and videochat i dont see strange things. The way she calls me in letters is also the way she call me in chat. However its seems to me that she is more talkative in letters. But i dont consider this as red flag. When i explain things then she always understand me, and never push me! I dont understand all replies, but its true the prices are somewhat high. But if you use ''services" in your own country you also have to pay. On the internet its so easy to write bad things about people or companies! But men have to realize that they also make mistakes or do the wrong things.

Ofcourse i have also critical note: Prices are quite high for exhanging photo's and video's. I dont understand actually why they charge money for that. Also letter exhanging and chat deserves a more acceptable price!

Hi I also came to rovno I am still there ..I had a horrific expierience also . I paid all this money travel,etc . I got treated so horribly by the lady I met I,left after an hour and a half . This site is full,of nothing but horrible absolute deceit and malicious lies . You are a screaming idiot like i was to get involved in this horrible well planed scam . They care nothing about you then person who,pays there bills.. yes I got the ladies email address but she never answers any of them .
I am a 61 year old retired sales professional from USA . I have spent a lot of time in the Ukraine . I assure you Kiev is the opposite of there portrayal . Just look at the us embassay warnings . If you believe one word of these people you are an idiot ! Most of these girls are not sincere at all.

UaDreams lied to TrustPilot and SiteJabber

UaDreams falsely reported my review of 20 May 2017 at TrustPilot by claiming that I had not used any UaDreams's service for more than 4 years.

Because no rule of TrustPilot mentions 4 years, it is obvious that UaDreams went from the fact that on the internet there only is visible that Irochka85, having been a lady member at UaDreams as Irochka #2532, was at some dating sites lastly logged on 19 March 2013, which was more than 4 years. UaDreams thus tried to impose TrustPilot the idea that even if she had a connection between some dating sites and UaDreams dating site, there is no proof on the internet that she had a membership at UaDreams even afterwards and hence no proof (without the necessity to be logged in with my username and password at UaDreams website where some proofs exist, but most of the proofs not on-line accessible for other users of UaDreams than me) that I was using UaDream's services during last 4 years. I was using UaDreams' services within last 4 years for example by corresponding with Irochka and buying one her video and one her photo as charged services and for this also exist proofs at UaDreams website only if I am logged in there. Because not only SiteJabber but also TrustPilot stopped publishing reviews of UaDreams shortly after my reviews of UaDreams (at SiteJabber: 11 April 2017, at TrustPilot: 20 May 2017), both of them had to have the same reason: UaDreams lied in a matter of me to TrustPilot as proved in the attachments, so UaDreams lied in a matter of me also to SiteJabber. The matters may have differed. All of these three companies knew that I am serious, that is why the scamming UaDreams reduced to lies and the two reviews companies recognized my arguments likely being true. SiteJabber neither TrustPilot at least temporarily wanted to have at their websites such companies whose scamming is apparent. But marketing has a lot of tricks how to influence sooner decisions ...

It is well-known that Ukrainian women are very beautiful and I made sure in it with my own eyes. I'm not a play-boy, but it was hard to resist to such a charm and beauty. It is pity I can't reply to all women, because there is one lady who has managed to win my heart. We've already talked about our meeting in real life. I'm waiting for it impatiently. I contacted to the uadreams support to discuss details of my arrival and the meeting. After our conversation, I've decided to take an Introduction Service. I feel it should be OK. I realize that I'll go to a foreign country which I've never visited before, but I have very positive feelings about it. I'm not a picky person as for living facilities or all these things. The main thing is the meeting with my lady. The phone conversation with a trip manager of uadreams also added me encouragement and enthusiasm. They ensured me that the meeting would certainly happen, because we planned everything in advance.

Not sincere, very disappointed
The women are offered free english lessons in exchange for chatting with men and I don't know what else for letters. In my experience, the letters and chats are nice and friendly, but once you exchange contact info and stop paying for every letter and every minute she lost interest. Chats are $72 per hour, introduction was $125, if you are American there is an extra fee $89. It cost hundreds of dollars to meet her only to find out she was only interested in the lessons. Waste of time, emotions and money. Any agency that rewards the women for communicating with men should not be trusted. I regret using uadreams.com, it was a very frustraiting experience. They never even sent the picture they took of us together after I asked for it.
Update: they put the picture in their website, everything is still the same. I haven't received anything in my personal email from uadreams support team or the lady.

I am in Kiev right now, May 15, 2017. After 3 years of expensive email and video chat services (I spent thousands of dollars US) I agreed to fly to Ukraine to meet my lady in Cherkasy. What UaDreams does not tell you is that you will spend nearly 1,000 EUR just traveling to the city where your girl is located. I drove through the night with a complete stranger, on 1 and barely 2 lane roads in a driving rainstorm for 3 hours to get to Cherkasy. The Agency sent me emails and constant messages to get the 274 EUR to meet the lady, but then after they got money from me, they did nothing. I sent messages to UaDreams begging them to tell me where the office where I was to meet my lady was located. I informed them that I was in Germany and on my way to Ukraine and needed to know where to go to meet my lady. UaDreams did not respond. I sat in a huge hotel room, with all the stories of how UaDreams is a scam and the lady doesn't exist. How the lady you wish to see suddenly does not show up once you arrive in Ukraine. So I felt betrayed and tricked out of a lot of money. I am a grownup, I can handle mistakes. So do not feel badly for me. I feel badly for the girls. UaDreams is so poorly managed and lazily managed that there could be ladies who want to meet a man, but the staff repeatedly makes dumb mistakes. Had anyone at UaDreams contacted me (and they had all day Friday) the meeting would have happened. But I was struck by how Irina (UaDreams) sent me a message holding the agency address hostage. She said she could not tell me where the agency was located (so I could get to the meeting) until I paid the 274 EUR for the meeting charges and translator. I paid immediately, and guess what? She didn't lift a finger to keep her word until Saturday afternoon, just hours before the meeting. By then I had already returned to Kiev, because arranging taxicabs or transportation from Cherkasy to Ukraine takes at least 6 to 24 hours. Or you could flag down a local cab, with a driver who speaks no English and end up in the Black Sea. Once I was back in Kiev it was too late to return to Cherkasy in time to meet the girl. Did UaDreams offer to help me get back to Cherkasy to meet the girl? Of course not. Did UaDreams arrange for me to meet another girl here in Kiev? No. Once UaDreams got my money and got me all the way to Ukraine, they repeatedly dropped the ball and set the entire situation up for failure. Why? Maybe because the girl I corresponded with wasn't real? Maybe doing everything UaDreams could do to make sure the meeting didn't happen is their way of running the scam. Do not use UaDreams. It is a scam. I have real doubts about the testimonials. I now believe that these women are being used by UaDreams to lure men into buying chat, email and various services. Supposedly UaDreams is going to refund my 274 EUR for the ill fated meeting they totally screwed up by waiting until they got my money to stop communicating (which led me to think it was a scam and for me to leave Cherkasy and return to Kiev). I don't believe that, and even so, what about 3 years of money wasted writing emails and chatting with someone who isn't real? Don't trust them. As of May 2017, it is a scam.

I use this site a lot and it is very good in design and layout. They really put a lot of effort in it. I noticed several improvements and changes through time as well. Managers in support react promptly and answer in many details. Girls are absolutely gorgeous. Most of them are well-read and educated, some of them even speak English a little. I enjoyed each and every my experience every time I visited, and I did that a lot LOL I know, I haven't had any luck with my treasure hunt yet but I am not desperate. The key to everything is patience. The negative side is their prices. I have travelled enough myself to Russia, Ukraine and many other places and I should say they take too much for their trip packages. Nevertheless, they provide everything included, the service is outstanding. Office managers are attentive to my whims and translators help a lot with advices.

I joined two other agencies as well with hope to find my girl on-line. I've been a paying member of UADreams for almost half a year now. Its customer service has been always helpful and the ladies I'm in correspondence with seem to be sincere and true. You never know where you can find your happiness so it won't hurt to try my luck with uadreams as well. I don't spend much money there, agency services are OK though the prices could be lower. I also saw many various reviews about uadreams and each person has their own reasons to complain about the agency or to praise it. Nevertheless I don't regret my membership, and let's see what happens in future.

At the first sight, uadreams makes a good impression. If to explore it more, you may find both pluses and minuses. It is necesary to mention the professional structure of the site. I agree that UADreams is EXPENSIVE. You can probably find better sites that do not make you pay for every photo, video, or email/letter such as ukrainebridesagency.com.

However, they do provide excellent service and seem to be more of the premium services available among matchmaking sites.

They do not just take photos/videos from other agencies and post them. They are their own agency with own system in place. The range of women also vary from 18 to even 60 years old.

If you are 50 years old and fat, please do not expect that some young hot Ukrainian girl is going to love you so much. These are real people too and you should be finding someone more appropriate your age!

Also, if you want to attract someone who is beautiful, then you should also work on your outer appearance. Think about it. These girls put in the time and effort to do the photoshoots and present themselves as best as possible. You should do the same as well if you expect a good result.

I live in the USA and I am speaking from personal experience on this site. I do not have any affiliation with UADreams at all and in fact, I too am searching for someone.

My point is it’s difficult to guess if it is better to find your beloved in real life or just being registered in dating website, you may be lucky with your virtual girl and after meeting you will be happy together or you can fail with someone met in bar or cafe or somewhere else. I know that uadreams have firm policy which is very good, they need terms and conditions to become a member - this is also good. I have experience of Dating Agencies in Ukraine and Russia so here is a little of what has happened to me. Nothing added and nothing taken away! Uadreams are not in my view scammers. I have spoken to them and I am talking to a girl on their website. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Please everybody don't expect good service for silly money... The translations come back quickly and accurately. The web chat works well although expensive. All my questions have been answered in a timely manner. If you date a girl in Europe it costs money. A drink in a bar, a meal in a restaurant, going to cinema... It all costs money and possibly more than on line and everybody meets good people and not so good people. On line or reality it's no different and on any site or meeting place there are good characters who are honest and bad characters who just want your wallet. I see a lot of angry men who seem to take out their frustrations here. It is understandable if you haven't met your princess. It is correct to protect girls and men from the bad element and in order to do this pick an agency who can verify the photos and have actually met the girls. The girls can meet first time in a protected environment with a translator to avoid harm. (remember this is not your country and violence to women is high)
When you send a letter it is normal that the translation is read out to them on the phone and then it is sent to them via email. Their letter may be written by the girl or sometimes if it is a short letter they will answer over the phone so you will get a reply quickly.
Ukrainian women work hard and do long hours - they do not have employment protection as in Western Europe so they need to work to keep their jobs or someone else will take it. It is brutal. They often have to care for relatives because the country doesn't have a good social services system. Now of course the currency is down on the bottom and the salaries haven't gone up. I say this because you must understand the situation the women are in. If the women get a commission for talking with a man then so be it. The percentage will be small and it is used as an incentive to get the women's attention for you.
As you would in reality - tread carefully be up front and honest and expect some failures along the way and you never know who you will meet!!!

Hello Everyone. I think UaDreams is a very bad site. I was at a site called rosebrides. I was having conversations with several women there. Well, I saw a really beautiful Ukrainian woman named Alla. I wrote her a expression of interest message and she responded. We wrote each other back and forth for two days until she asked for my personal email. She said in a message that she did not know English and she was using google translate to talk to me. But she did not really understand my letters. So she said she was going to send me an invite to another website. Of course I got an invite to UaDreams. The invite did not even come from Alla's email account. I still do not know what it is. It came directly from Uadreams, but it had Alla's account info in the invite so she could get paid for bringing me there.

I talked with her at Uadreams for a couple of days. We video chatted once, because they gave me a few free minutes. I actually ended up paying about 40 dollars more because we talked a while and I sent her a couple of letters. So I was robbed of 40 bucks. Anyway,, she was so happy in chat. She was smiling, I guess to make me feel good about the fantasy. She never typed on a keyboard. I guess she was just supposed to smile while the translator and I talked. I told her that the site was a scam and that I did not trust her. Of course, she got angry after awhile. Or maybe that was the translator. Who knows? At UaDreams, you don't know if you are talking to the lady in the picture, a woman translator, or a guy name Yury.

I talked to technical support, but they just treat you like you are an idiot. Well, you are, if you are paying them thousands to give you nothing. They said she came there because women are scared, need translation service, blah, blah.

UaDreams will never explain why they send women out to good site to bring men back to their site. They won't explain why they lie about women being exclusive to their site. Of course they are not. There are profiles of their women everywhere. It is how they build their client base.

So please stay away from Uadreams.

UaDreams has unethical practices and will not explain why profiles are created a legitimate dating sites for the sole purposes of bringing men back to their website. If you contact the women at Uadreams outside of their horrible website, the women will not even acknowledge your existence. It is among the most expensive dating services ever created and there is very little return. You cannot verify anything with their testimonials because you are not allowed to contact the men who use their services. Everything about the website is dark. Meaning you can get no information to verify anything.

Uadreams Support seems to think very little of the intellect of the men who use their services. They claim that the reason why women will not respond to you outside of the website is because the only use exclusive women and they forbid the women to communicate. That is a lie. The women are not exclusive, I have links to profiles of women at other websites. Also, their women (I don't know if the women are real or not) create profiles at other websites for the sole purposes of contacting men and bringing them back to Uadreams.

I guess this is not the end. As you can see from Uadreams response, they simply think I am an idiot. I guess they are right. I was at the site for over a month, so I have to be stupid. I feel so silly. Let me respond to them point by point so the men here looking for love can understand the truth.

Of course, I was invited by a lady who was "still" a member of another site. In fact, that lady has created an account at another legitimate site and is looking for men there. Her name is Alla. David Brunner has posted her information on his blog at Google. Because she is not staying at Uadreams, she has created an account at a very good site and is looking for men to bring back to Uadreams. She contacted me and brought me to Uadreams. She made up an excuse to get my email address and personal information, but she would not give me hers. When she got it, bingo, I got an invite. . .not from Alla, but from Uadreams. Alla wanted nothing to do with me. That is why she was at Uadreams in the first place. I would have only found this out after spending many thousands of dollars, gentlemen. Uadreams would have just given me the same tagline. Er. . .they cannot guarantee love, feelings change, etc.

The point is the women at Uadreams almost always have profiles elsewhere. It is how Uadreams does business. They contact unsuspecting men at legitimate sites and bring them back to Uadreams to make money.

Note where Uadreams says "The question is how fast that dating agencies remove profiles of the ladies and will they ever do that? Do that agencies have affiliated websites where they post photos and profiles? And removing the lady from the initial agency doesn't influence on her photos and profiles being open at affiliated websites... Something to think about."

I met Alla at a good site. I reported Alla to the management at that site. They removed her profile immediately. You will not find her information any longer. Because that site does not want Uadreams stealing its clientele. There are no fake profiles of Alla anywhere. Everywhere you find Alla, you will find her asking men to come back to Uadreams.

The site is among the worse. You cannot find love. You cannot even find a woman who will like you. They want nothing to do with you. It is all a fantasy cooked up to make money.

But you can find love. You just have to be feeling to tell yourself the truth, use common sense, and use good sites and honest people. I am not sure how long Uadreams thinks they can scam everyone. But apparently, they think they can do it forever.

I was not sure if Uadreams added another response after I already posted, but I think they did.

For all men reading. They are lying. Alla contacted at an honest site called rosebrides. She then claimed she was paying for translation services and she could not continue talking at the site. I told her that I could have our conversation translated, then she claimed she would rather use another service. She asked me for my email address, I thought we would continue the conversation in email. Then I got an email NOT FROM ALLA. I RECEIVED IT FROM UADREAMS! So she got paid for bringing me to the site. The link actually refers to Alla's pre-established profile at Uadreams. Alla was not only at rosebrides. She was also at other honest sites. Uadreams employees also have infiltrated bridesandlovers. The owner there Stefan Hendricks asks all men who are dealing with women who invite them to Uadreams to notify him. He will delete their profiles immediately. That is a disgusting practice to steal men away who are at honest sites to make a profit.

Everything they post about women wanting to be secure etc. is just a lie. If Alla wanted to know anything about me, I would have provided it. I would have given her my phone numbers, my email, mailing address, facebook, vk, so she could do her own research about who I am. At Uadreams, I know nothing about her. I don't know if she is married or engaged to a Ukrainian man already. Most women there are. Jane from Sumy had a boyfriend when David Brunner exposed her on Google+.

So when you are at Uadreams, you are talking to women who are employees of the site. Their job is to get you to come to the site and spend money on writing letters, sending them fake gifts, and chatting. And when you fly over to Ukraine, you won't be meeting a person you have had a relationships with. You won't know her vk, her facebook, her email address, her real address, for goodness sakes, you won't even know her last name.

She will be a ghost to you. A stranger. And Uadreams does not care about your feelings. They only care about your money.

Stop using disgusting services like this. There are good people in Ukraine. I have met them. I have found love using a good service and kind people. So choose services that do not charge you to chat or to write letters. Choose services that actually let you find out on your own if you are talking to a real person on a scammer. Other sites cannot guarantee you love. But they can guarantee that you are not talking to women who are employees of the site. If that woman scams you, she must do it on her own. Then you have no one to blame but yourself.

Hearing how expensive online datings are confuses me all the time. Why do they have to be cheap?

I put myself into UaDreams guys place and I realized how it is hard to keep internet services active. So I think users have to be more patient and respect intentions of moderators. UaDreams website works great and is very efficient. Website's interface is user friendly, photos are of excellent quality, moreover you can ask Lady to send her personal photos and they will make you sure that girl is not a fake. Basically I do not see any differences to look for a girl online or keep looking for a local girl. Trust me, there is no differences, both variants are expensive. Oppinion based on communicating with one of the ladies, personal oppinion based on my experience on the site and later a little research into their methods:

First of all, I'd like to explain why I chose this title:

I was lucky that this particular lady forgot what she told me in previous letters. First, she told me she was an only child and later she wrote me how happy she was that her sister came to visit her. When confronted with that, communication stopped.
I sadly found following enlightening post too late:

In this particular article I found, you can see that many ladies on the site are "employed" by UADreams and can still be found on a well known russian facebook like site (many of them having boyfriends); though the smarter ones deactivate their profiles.

I ended up wasting a lot of money over there anyway; the lady I was communicating with, knew what she was doing until the faux-pas: Conversations seemed really sincere and you truly get the impression you're building something. Who knows how long this would have dragged on if she didn't mess up her part.

Besides that, she was very insistent on using the expensive video chat feature.

In any case, please don't make the same mistake as many me and many others and waste money on a site where you pay A LOT for mail and video chat services. Look for love on a site that is either free or has a monthly subscription OR:

I did not contact support for the incident with the lady since I didn't want to have anything to do with the company. I did contact them afterwards though to have my account deleted, though, which they did not do. Instead they offered me to turn it invisible. When contacting them again, they asked me why for a second time and again, offered only to turn it invisible, after which I gave up. Plus I asked them to unsubscribe me from their newsletter list, which they did for about 2 weeks after which I started receiving their newsletter again. They were easy enough to reach via mail and responses were fast even though they did not reply to my satisfaction.

All I want to say is that uaDreams is always ready to help you with any questions or concerns. They do not hide anything. Everything is simple and clear for everyone. If you are looking for a soul-mate through the net, I am highly recommend you to try UaDreams.
Of course it is not ideal, but these guys managed to combine good service and wonderful Ladies. All of them are from eastern Europe, single, pretty, do we need anything else? I am not agree with those critics and negative reviews. Of course no one is perfect, there might be some misunderstandings between men and ladies as well. So I do not see any need to talk about it. Who cares when you or your mate screws up? I truly believe that I will find my beloved one with the help of UaDreams.
