Yes support speaks soft but they are always guessing solutions and if something goes wrong they will tell you to wait for a ticket reply that can take upt o 24 hours and ofter your questions will be ignored. I got a virus, they server is very sucetible to this, am doing wrong procedures as indicated by their agents for 24 hours. I am talking to a supervisor called miguel for 1 hour. The guy seems to be mocking me, he would anythign not to have to move.

The best response times - excellent live chat and very patient and polite responders.......nothing seems to be too much trouble and issues are ALWAYS sorted within one chat session. A great service for those of us who are not part of the IT crowd but need to get things up and running quickly.
Highly recommended - the best and most affordable hosting service I have encountered without doubt and great value if you are like me and need occasional assistance day and night to resolve matters / understand the processes / need help with purchases or, in some cases, instant refunds.

First to review... These lot are terrible, they don't make it clear whatsoever that you have to pay in 3-6 monthly cycles.. On top of that you pay for the first month and the second month you have to pay the three months worth until the fifth month, so they get that first months installment on top of the three!! A company that isn't 100% clear isn't trustworthy!! Disappointed and angry
