Will not ship to APO/FPO addresses. They do not support US Military stationed abroad. Customer service is worst. They said they would get back with me to resolve issue. I never heard back. Sketchy company.

Since your order numbers at order time and email confirmation are different this caused a confusion and telephone calls. Also your phone system to get in touch with a rep leaves must to be desired. The product is very good.

I would have given you a 5 star rating but when I got the item the box was totally damaged and was taped all up. Was very concerned that the item was damaged. The item worked fine and only used it once. Happy with trimmer

For me it was a WIN, WIN, WIN!
The 5/8 “cloth bags” are also super good with this VAC, drywall and paint dust NO PROBLEM.
Prices also can vary on the bags so do your research. Can be reused with a little scissor surgery and some good quality wide tape that’s available today.

The reason I gave 1 star was i received a tool (different brand and type. air impact). I have ordered tools in the past with good outcome. I must say your service line sucks. I was forced to call 2 times. first call i was hung up on after waiting over 20 minutes to speak with someone. Still no return label for wrong tool sent to me. Hope i get the tool i ordered someday.
