My family was sold a day out at their water park, was told at gate that the water park was an an attraction, and they close when they like, and sill charge full price,
we was told it was one time only and we would have to wait until 5pm meaning a 7 hour wait in blistering heat for young children, plus many of the younger rides wher closed and there were no animals as advertised,
it was 30C and our children could not stand the high heat as there wasn't even any shelter from the Sun,
so I went to complain by myself, but was imediately and rudely refused a refund, and told it was "Tough", then the manager demanded that my whole family leave the park, when I refused he said he would have my young disabled children "dragged out of the park", and then punched me in the mouth when I called him a disgusting man, reported to police, yet they still refuse to refund us or apologise to my children, yet they did bother to write to us, to tell us we are ALL banned us from their park,
my disabled children are innocent good little kids who did aboslutely nothing wrong,
utterly disgusting, should be closed down.

As for as theme parks go, this was disappointing. Average fireworks, music coordination all wrong, delays. Very poor!!! Decided to try Twinlakes for the first time and had a good day until the climax of the evening turned into a anti climax. Getting out the car park was shocking. Over an hour to get out. Who was supposed to be organising the traffic out????

Nice park BUT there was no mention of the Water Park (splash pool) being closed on their web site when I booked the tickets.
Kids very disappointed. Will not go again.

Very disappointed today. Santa was good but lots of rides closed and very little information. Would definitely not recommend this time of year!!
