Fast and in mostly effective!
I have received most of my orders within 2 weeks time, which is quite good for items from across the globe. Everything was as promised except for a tripod end screw that didn't fit, but nothing that would keep me from using it. Perhaps the only down side is the poor quality english in which you sometimes struggle to understand

I ordered an oscilloscope kit including a case. The oscilloscope was delivered and works fine, but the case was missing.
It took them two weeks to agree to send the case. A further three weeks later it still hadn't been sent, and they agreed to refund part of the purchase price so that I could order it elsewhere.

I was looking for LOL dolls instead a got LQL a Q instead of an O. The mystery was lost when all four dolls were exactly the same model with pale colors and unfinished dresses. Reasonable price for what you get. They fulfill mailing promises.

Legit site with ‘misleading’ delivery times.
My $230 programmable robot arrived as hoped for and in time for xmas but only because I had allowed extra time. Tomtops promise of ‘priority shipping of 3-6 business days’ was not adhered to, it was a generous 10 days.
I did receive replies to my chaser emails but with minimal apology and an excuse of ‘xmas being busy’. Something that maybe should have been advised at the time of ordering.

I have ordered for my friend a dron through TomTop review.
After a while with no delivery or any message I contacted the TomTop site and enquired about my order. I received a reply quite soon suggesting either waiting or money refund. I received money refund with no further delays or questions.

Tomtop is a good place to buy eletronics product, even quadcopters drones.

Update - after much to-and-fro, agreed to bin the battery, eventually managed to get refund...minus cost of postage ;-( So not sure what this '45 day money back guarantee' or '1 year warranty' is all about. So currently only looking at them for lower-value 'flash-deals' etc with less risk.....

i bought an action camera. the price was very small and convenient so i decided to buy it. the delivery method was standard shipping, 7-12 business day. the order was on the 29 of july and the camera arrived the 5 of september. however although the expedition time was bigger that they promised, the package was perfectly built. first experience, i'll think about before to buy something else..

The delivery times are looooooooong. But that may not be a problem. I feel safer buying in TomTop than in AliExpress, I don't know why. Before my order arrive I felt like I had made a mistake, but everything arrived nicely packed and, well, I have no complaints. The Customer Service is Ok, they reply moderately fast (days, not hours), but this is legit. No problems on my end. Be careful as always when buying from China, but I would say there is no real risk.
If you have a problem, however... I guess you would leave a negative review.

Hi, I bought a smart wrist band for $36.99 and an additional $17.55 for priority shipping. The website said will be shipped in 3 days however they did not. When asked they said to wait for few more days as they did not have stock. I could not wait any longer and as I was leaving the country . I planned the approximate dates including priority shipping but since it was getting delayed I asked to cancel the order and refund my item. It's the 10 th day and I have not got the refund. Everything they say 1-3 days. I contacted the bank as they said it should not take this long. Please help me on this before I escalate this issue with the bank. Please tell me when will I received my $54.54. I am tired of waiting and the normal 1-3 days response. My order number is BN17G14T0114-K1XG6J

About 30 minutes after placing a dis favorable review I received a email stating that item is being shipped. Would be ok if they stated shipped within 3 to 5 business days not 24 hrs as stated, more of a positive toward Trustpilot than Tomtop. Will update when I receive Item
