This company is fine (if you are lucky enough to actually receive your goods), unless there is a problem with your goods, and then they are a bunch of cheats and crooks who will NOT obligate any warranty. I received an Xduoo X10 ii music player (£180+), which stopped outputting sound after three months. I was asked to video this and put it on YouTube, and if I didn't do this they wouldn't provide an address to return the item. I have a landline and computer, but no video recorder, so how can I do this? Even if I could do this, a video would not highlight an electrical fault to the sound output, as the player turns on as normal and looks normal. This fault has been confirmed by Richer Sounds technicians. There are numerous complaints that even those who have sent videos, have received no refund or replacement. Without doubt this is the WORST customer service I have received from any company ever. I will never buy from Tomtop again, I advise you to think twice before even considering buying from this Dodgy Chinese company.

Never heard of the "company" before May of 2019. They added our business to a subscription list without asking. After investigation, we find that they have a terrible reputation in many places *other than this site.

While I cannot speak to the quality of the service given while using them for business, I can tell you that we would never consider them - based solely on the spam-like nature of their first contact.

Great service! Excellent logistics - I received my goods much faster than I expected. Significantly better than AliExpress. I will now use regularly.

If I could give then zero stars I would bought a guitar, came with warped neck, total junk, bought a LED light, worked for 2 months and stopped working. This stuff is all Chinese reject stuff, they offered $3.00 refund what a joke! Wont send a return tag or pay for shipping back you are stuck with their garbage

I am very impressed by their web site, selection, prices, and communication. All of the above gave me the confidence to place my first order. While I haven't received it yet, I have true confidence that it will be a great transaction.

This site takes your money, does not complete the order then cancels the order. So they have the use of your funds for a week and their support is awful. They then want me to send credit card details by email!!!!!! Avoid!

Awful customer service from TomTop. Ordered 2 sets of luggage and TomTop sent them to the wrong address and now will not refund my money. They admit the address was wrong and expect me to return the luggage (which I don't have!!) before they will refund me. I am taking this further and involving the Police but in the meantime I have NO luggage and a smaller bank account. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered my product on 4 Sept 2018. To date nothing has been received. When tracking the order it states "shipped". No body has been able to assist in tracking this order. I would appreciate assistance and hopefully a refund.

I have been a long standing customer of TomTop, and they continue to offer excellent products at a great price. I am always excited to get their emails to see what great deal I can buy next. I recommend them very highly indeed! Excellent site and excellent value for money!

Broken merchandise cheap company and awful customer service. Never buy from Tomtop.

I made an order on this website 3 months ago and didn't recieve anything. They keep aksing me to wait until the Local post office sends it, that it's a holiday and I have to wait more, but already waited for christmas, new year, chinese spring holiday and still nothing.
I checked in post office and I found out there is no package at all with my name. It's a freud.

Basically took them 8 months to admit that the carrier lost my package and they are not doing anything about it. Terrible customer service, avoid at all costs!

EDIT: After posting many reviews in different websites the issue got sorted straight away (why couldn't this be done in the first place??) So my recommendation is if you a have a problem with them, publish everywhere!

Responder came broken draining batteries within 4 minutes!
Bad remote and i was told by professional!
Also i was told the drone battery has only 5 minutes of flight time!
False advertisement company claims that it has at least 15 minutes!
I want a refund and i expect for you to pay for the shipping!

This website is scummy, like many others... they offer their users some credits for good reviews. If you see 5 stars reviews here it's because the person got paid.

Gearbest also did it in the past but I would actually rate Gearbest at 4-5 stars, unlike this garbage website.

Order number AN19B03T3520-21SWW2 My drone battery was sent after 9 days and it was faulty / defective / dead. As requested, I sent a detailed description and a video to the company. Kelly, in the warehouse customer service said I must pay the return shipping cost (€25) or they would offer me €4 for me to get it repaired. This was then increased to €7 and the to 50% which is €20.12. After 3 days of arguments, several e-mails, and only after I posted negative reviews and threatened a Paypal claim, the company agreed to a full refund, but would not reinstate the points I used to part pay for the order, so I did not get the "full refund" promised. . If you want to risk a purchase from this dispicable company, then you should use Paypal, which gives protection. If you encounter a problem, then contact Tomtop customer service. If they mess you around, then post negative reviews everywhere and threaten to file a Paypal dispute. This will get their attention. If you do not get satisfaction, register the problem with Paypal, who will review the case and has the power to refund you. If you register the problem with Paypal, DO NOT CLOSE the file unless the case is resolved to your satisfaction, as once closed, the file cannot be reopened. I have had other successful purchases from Tomtop, but when things go wrong, their back up service is terrible. They will try everything to avoid responsibility and will try to intimidate. Stand your ground and you will eventually get what you are entitled to.

Tomtop is a great company to work with. They have awesome prices and ship most items within a reasonable timeframe. There customer service is great, sometimes they can give more details on an item than what is in the ad. I'm sure I'll continue buying from them well into the future!

Ordered two sets of suitcases from TOMTOP which they delivered to the wrong address and now refuse to refund me.
I have paid for these suitcases but they don't care as they have the money. DO NOT BUY from Tomtop. Awful customer service.

Be very careful! I ordered a Garmin edge 200 but when it arrived everything was in Chinese - the instruction book and the screen. As I don't read Chinese, it was completely useless. Contacted Tomtop but got no response. Went to put in for a return but it's impossible to find an address etc for a return.

I bought DJI Mavic Pro Platinum Combo in Tomtop. The Drone came to me after less than 24 days. The product was packed very well. Free shipping.I am very pleased! I did not pay any additional costs, such as duty or tax. I highly recommend this seller to everyone who is looking for very good merchandise at a very low price.

Take your money, never get a product that works. One word... SCAM!!!!!!

I order a board game on November 27th with a 5-12 day shipping time. I received a tracking# and assumed everything would be fine. It is now Dec 18 and still no game. To make matters worse I have contacted China Post; the China post; not one of the many side sights that will track China Post shipments and was informed by them that this is a fake/invalid shipping #. They have never received a package with this # associated with it, which means they NEVER shipped my product. I would stay far away from this company and save yourself some hassles!

As a customer from an EU country, sometimes orders from Chinese retail sites are a major issue. However, after 2 orders from TOMTOP (shipping from the German warehouse), I can say I'm pleased with them. The products were shipped fast even in the holiday season, well packaged and arrived without any issues or damages in a timely manner. As for the payments, there can be no issues since they accept PayPal which provides customer protection.
The items in question were 2 3D printers at quite an amazing price (Anet A8 and Tronxy X3S) and a roll of PLA Filament. Unlike other reviews I have seen, every time I contacted their support l received answers within 24 hours in a polite manner.
The only point I hope they improve is their inventory in the European warehouses (add more items that at the time being are only available from China warehouse). Other than that, they do a great job!
