Exactly as described and very fast delivery

Don't buy from these scammers. They promise a lot, but don't follow through. They send you a faulty product and if you call upon your warranty, they are not home or send you off with an insult of a refund (mostly 20 to 30 percent). Never buy, they are the biggest scammers you can find.

I had two orders from these company, and never again. After eight months I have received not the full amount from the first order. I 've skipped the husle about the second one with the countless e-mails.. The site in my opinion is a real scam, don't trust it because you will regret it at the end.
Scam, I can't think about anything else of what are they doing.

Sent item not as described. They agreed with me and changed their ad to correct the problem. They agreed to refund my payment only if I paid the return shipping with tracking to China.

Do Not buy from Tomtop!!!!
They sent me the wrong product and now refuse to send me the product I ordered.
There customer service is terrible and they only apologize but will do nothing to fix there mistakes.
I have been trying to get this problem resolved for over a month now with no success!
If you love to waste time and money then this is the company for you!

I buy xiomi m365 pro electric kick scooter, but UPS (delivery company) call for me and told that the seller suspended my order without any reason. I cant get any information from support by email. I do not know what to do now...

Tomtop has been the WORST to work with. I ordered a package forever ago, and when I contacted them about it the said the accidentally sent me the wrong package. They are now holding my package hostage until I send the other package back, and I have to pay for the shipping!! Which is not cheap and it's so frustrating since it is there mistake, not mine. And now I don't know how to get my original package back or my money. I will never be ordering from them again.

Fast and in mostly effective!
I have received most of my orders within 2 weeks time, which is quite good for items from across the globe. Everything was as promised except for a tripod end screw that didn't fit, but nothing that would keep me from using it. Perhaps the only down side is the poor quality english in which you sometimes struggle to understand

Its not real. I feel like i just wasted my time. My friends order never came and i feel bad for her.

I have purchased a few things via TomTop now. All purchases have completed without a hitch, quickly and as per original order specifications.

I am SO upset, irritated, and disappointed with my experience with TomTop. I submitted an order for a PockRock which cost me $25.99. First I noticed the item hasn't arrived by the time they said it would be so I started emailing them and I always would get the same robotic response. After questioning them for a date of delivery and being told the same thing over and over again, they finally sent me an email saying my package had been delivered. So I go to the front office where packages are signed for by our property's office agents whom have a strict system on receiving and signing for packages. I went every day for 4 days after receiving that email from TomTop "claiming" that the item was in fact already delivered to my shipping address. So far to this day, there has been no record of anything signed for at our office and there has been nothing delivered to my mailbox. Nothing delivered to my address. So on top of them being LATE on the delivery, they ended up not even having delivered anything to me. I have been going back and forth with TomTop and they're refusing to do anything to resolve this issue!!! They're telling me to go to the Post office and get proof that the item wasn't delivered. Ordering me to waste MY time looking for something they actually never sent to me. HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. If I knew I was gonna get my money stolen and my time wasted, I would have NEVER ordered from them. Now I'm just trying to get them to take me seriously and WARN EVERYONE to not trust TomTop with your money because they stole mine. I would never again order from here, and I hope nobody has to deal with TomTops fraudulent activities and HORRIBLE customer service from Amy, Alissa, Faye and specially Steven. 30 LED Solar Motion Lights I bought 6 Solar Motion Lights from Tomtop, Order AA18K08X5412-EF8I06 andAA18J17M2842-4VP3EB, One light arrived damaged and 3 other motion lights "exploded" within a month. These solar motion lights are "fire hazard".There are many reports about them on Google causing Fire. After many e-mails Tomtop offered to reimburse me at first only $ 5.00, later on increased the offer to $ 12.00. In fact Tomtop gave me NO REFUND at all !!! Very dishonest business selling inferior/defective quality solar motion lights, which are "exploding" and a "fire hazard". Very sad experience indeed.

Should have looked into what kind of seller this was before ordering. Capacitor meter never arrived. Tomtop never responded to multiple emails. This appears to be another Asian drop shipment company--someone with nothing but a website who orders from someone else after they are paid.

Ordered fire pit for my husband for Father's Day it arrived with broken ceramic tiles I paid 99.99 dollars they wanted to reimburse me $10. Very cheap and terrible customer service. No local phone number. Out of country possibly China but local United States Warehouse. Still no local phone number to call them. Never will order from tomtop again.

Very happy. I made my first purchase, new battery and charger kit for my video light. It was low priced, it arrived quickly, it was exactly as described and it worked perfectly.

Purchased an Arctic Cooler which was a big mistake. It worked one day. They acted like they would stand by their product but it was just a run around. They wanted a video of it not working. Did that then they wanted to refund only a third of the price. We argued back and forth and I agreed to half. I do not recommend them at all. Would give them a zero if possible.

i was very happy with my purchase. Not even a 24 hrs. after my purchase i had a tracking number and was able to follow my package. That to me is very important, not only that over all check out was easy. Thank you Tomtop

They will not refund for damaged orders..
I bought a product that uses batteries from TomTops when it arrived the parcel was a thin brown paper envelope unfit for overseas packaging. The item inside was broken not physically but would not turn on. (Tested batteries twice). I quickly told TomTops the problem. but they say they packaged the parcel themselves and refuse to refund me. THIS IS WRONG. Do not use this very badly run company.

At first I might have been over anxiety of my order, but coming from CHINA and didn't realize it might take away. But my item arrived in working condition, & thank them for their concern.

I have purchased a number of items on the Toptop website. Navigation of the website has been made very easy and I like the way items are described in great detail. I am confident of the site as it is secure and PayPal makes it easy to pay for purchases. There is a great variety of items listed in the site, particularly technology items that are my greatest interest. Communication is great as you are kept in the loop with emails at each stage of the transaction and delivery.

Excellent product, bought an GPD mini laptop. Fast delivery, highly recommended.
Works like a charm, resolution is brilliant and the touchscreen works wonderfully. Would buy it again.
