The RC car I bought from tomtop was defective and they told me a week ago that the problem would be solved. After waiting I am told that I have to wait even longer for them to think of another lie to tell me. Do not waste your money or time trying to deal with this sham of a company. The positive reviews are "Fake News" in my humble opinion seeing that they don't honor their own return policies (tomtop dot com//return-policy-guarantees.) I just wasted my time and money with this company and I am warning you not to do business with this company if you value either of these 2 things.

My order has not arrived yet after passing more than one month, while they had mentioned in their website that it will be shipped within 5 to 8 days. When I told them, they told me I'll have to wait and there is no other option! really awful experience! Unfortunately, in TomTop's website's case, it is not a rare case to receive the order with a huge delay, as my friend also has not received her item yet from TomTop after a month! Moreover, exceptional circumstances should affect the shipping time only by a few days, not by more than 20 days! The following is the tracking information that I see (not that I ordered on March 13th and today is April 18th!): Origin - Tracking consuming: 1179 ms 2020-04-07 08:27 The consignment has arrived in the country of destination 2020-04-07 08:27 The item is expected to be delivered shortly, please contact your local postal operator for more information 2020-04-07 08:27 The item has arrived in the country of destination 2020-04-04 00:12 The item is on transport to the country of destination 2020-04-02 15:36 The item is processed at the PostNL sorting center 2020-04-02 15:36 The item is at the PostNL sorting center 2020-04-02 07:23 Consignment received at the PostNL Acceptance Centre 2020-04-02 05:53 The shipment is handed over to PostNL 2020-03-25 07:15 The item is ready for shipment 2020-03-23 07:40 The item is pre-advised I have already told TomTop about this several times in the email, and your response was that I would have to wait! DO NOT ORDER from this website and save time and money!

My experience should be a warning to other buyers. I bought two items half a year ago. Something else was sent. I immediately reported it and no response. After three months and dozens of my emails, I was able to get an address from them to return these items. I sent these items at my own expense. They received a registered mail on February 10. Again, silence. Again dozens of emails and a reply that they have not received these items despite acknowledgment of receipt. Today is April 17 and I've been left with nothing. I lost 80 USD. Do not believe in positive comments on this page. TomTop offers 2USD discount vouchers for positive feedback. Enter in the Google, Facebook or YouTube search engine "TomTop cheater", "TomTop thief" or "TomTop attention" you will receive real comments.

I placed an order for a RF Modulator. They sent me a defective one. I made a complaint. They asked me to send it back. I spent almost the same cost as the modulator to return it. They neither sent me a replacement nor worried about my extra cost incurred to me. I am a pensioner and they were least bothered.

Ordered a car part, advert listed my car as compatible. Part was a week later than advertised and when it arrived doesn't fit or look at all like the picture. Requested the correct part to be told if you want a refund then you have to pay for it. 4 weeks later the customer service "team" haven't accepted any responsibility so I'm posting negative reviews everywhere I can - AVOID!!

My Oukitel Smartphone cannot be charged anymore, I must pay 30% of the price of the Oukitel Smartphone to post it back, because there is no support in Europe. Tomtop offered me a laughable 5 as partial payment. I recommend everyone to avoid buying products from Tomtop, because of the lack of real guarantee, and lack of any support in Europe!

SCAMMERS !!! I ordered a 3D printer, at a cost of USD 225, to be shipped from a warehouse in Germany to Denmark. Instead I received an industrial meat mincer!? Of course the Chinese seller showed absolutely no interest in resolving the issue and at first denied there being a problem at all and later started requesting pictures and videos again and again and again. The sellers solution. Ship the meat mincer (18.3 kg) all the way from Denmark to China at an estimated cost of USD 243! All at the buyers own expense!

Online shoppers beware! I've purchased my good back in Nov 19 and as in today, I'm still wondering if it's got lost in its way. Tomptop's been from day one unprofessional, deceitful and they still don't know about what happened to my purchase. First of all it took at least 4 days for the payment to be processed...then 2 weeks for the product to be allegedly shipped..with a tracking link which never worked. I complained so many times that I lost count. The two last contact with them was: 1) "We don't know where's your parcel, check if it's not at your local post office..." 2) An updated tracking link with the parcel delivery date in my country occurring before it'd left China!? PLEASE don't trust them and buy somewhere else, you'll save time and money To finish this review, I'm sharing with everyone the tracking info where we clearly see the illogical chronological order (arriving at destination country THEN being at the airport in Hong Kong...) 2019-12-09 23:10 HONG KONG, Departed HONG KONG Airport 2019-12-09 00:00 SPAIN, Arrived at destination country 2019-12-07 22:17 CHINA, SHENZHEN, Acceptance, Sent to SPAIN 2019-12-05 13:19 Pre Alert to SPAIN

My product arrived in 6 weeks; too late for Christmas. When it did arrive, it was not well-packed and the boxes for the products were completely destroyed, so would have been too embarrassed to give as a gift anyway. I will have to donate them to charity. Will not buy again. Seller did not provide reimbursement or concession.

Unless you are willing to lose your money, don't shop at TomTop.com. I've placed 3 orders (multiple products) with them - low prices, but the last two involved poor product design and defects backed by terrible customer service. I found with the last order that if the product they sell has a problem (and most do in my experience!), they require you to:
1) shoot a comprehensive video which explains and demonstrates the problem to them (this is not as simple as it sounds- you need good sound, video, script to make a proper video - or guess what - you either have to do your video over again, edit it with software, or risk not convincing them there's a problem (meaning TOTALLY WASTING YOUR TIME!). This requires planning and time and diligence- even for someone very adept at making video.
2) post it on YouTube and send them an email. Guess what- this takes time too (even for experienced users- and you can just forget about the inexperienced users - I know lots of people that simply wouldn't be able to figure this out!) - and this may not work right in the end at all. In my case, this was all to decide whether they agree with me about a cheap plastic product - a useless antenna that doesn't do anything but take up space! How much time, additional money, and/or complicated video work does a seller need from me about a cheap piece of non-working plastic?!!! ENTIRELY TOO MUCH!! No other good retailers I know require such onerous demands of their customers!
In lieu of a video, they said I can pay additional money to have a replacement sent - which is like throwing good money after bad (maybe doubling your losses with another long shipping wait combined with no guarantee you'll get a better solution - if you bought a cheap bad design, guess what-- that's what you'll get again!).
All I should need to do to be made whole for a cheap non-working or defective product is to ask for a refund or a replacement. Good sellers these days do that! TomTop has no "cost reasonableness test" like many reputable major sellers apply when the customer solution for a defective, misrepresented, or non-working product would involve costs too large vs the original product selling price -- good sellers will just refund me or send a working product if my cost would be unreasonable vs. the selling price to make me satisfied and whole. Why- because good businesses care about customer satisfaction (not TomTop!)
No amount of discount prices can legitimate these policies or cover for the fact that they sell a lot of off-brand and proprietary cheap products that you can't research anywhere else. You are basically gambling when you order. You send them money and you might get a usable product that matches the site description or you might lose your money and have nothing in the end. That's where I am now.
Businesses like TomTop need to be avoided and weeded out of the market as they don't offer products backed fair and honest refund/replacement policies. Stick with more reputable sellers with solid, customer friendly policies and products!
Here's some of my specific experiences:
Out of my 3 orders with them, two included poorly designed products that soon were worth nothing - most recently a flimsy plastic "120 mile" TV antenna (there are actually NO actual 120 mile tv antennae in the low end consumer market. Unless you have an unobstructed 120 mile path to the TV tower (rare conditions like living on a mountain surrounded by a flat plain and have perfect weather conditions and have an unusually good antenna, TV signal is simply not going to go that far!) that has a broken coaxial port that added 0 miles of range (NOTHING!) to my TV's standard reception (it actually eliminated reception of stations I got before!- with my final results, this amounts to false advertising so egregious it's basically theft!)
An earlier order included a Wifi extender that required me (after terrible instructions which required extensive web research of customer reviews to find a solution on my own!) to set the extender up in its control software as being installed in China (I live in the US) to get it to work properly but this then changed lots of the software interface for the product to Chinese language/characters which made the interface almost worthless to me). It worked "okay" (not great range) but it stopped working in less than a year and for many of the above reasons was worthless- went into the trash can!
I recently bought a pair of gloves from them which seemed nice at first glance, but despite my having thin fingers, these gloves were actually tighter in the fingers than any gloves I've used in the last 50 years! They actually cut off the blood circulation so much that they made my hands colder! What good are insulated winter gloves that force your fingers to get COLDER?! (Their site doesn't permit me to update my initial positive review to explain this to other potential buyers-- another very questionable policy not found with most reputable major sellers.)
Save your money and don't support merchants that sell junk backed by awful policies - TomTop seems to just want to make sales - they pretend to care by being responsive and polite to my emails, but in substance, don't care about customer satisfaction because they have customer-unfriendly, one-sided policies that only benefit them.
And don't be misled by TomTop's positive reviews. They have not posted a negative review that I submitted awhile ago about the above mentioned antenna and according to many review websites I've now visited, TomTop pays/incents people to give positive reviews (ie. an UNETHICAL and DECEPTIVE practice!!). And based on the similar content, writing style, and flowery & sometimes awkward language in so many of their product reviews (today's most common bogus review pattern - bogus review warning signs also writing pattern repetitiveness and shared translation/language-barrier indicators) , it's highly likely that either their owners, their staff, a third party, or specific designees personally make and/or encourage bogus positive reviews on their site and other sites as well (I'm looking at one right now on the right of my screen that just sounds absurdly glowing - way beyond a normal review compliment- these are all over their marketing-gimmick-laden website!!!)
IN sum- I hope this helps steer you in a better, safer shopping direction.
My advice: Do NOT buy from them!

Don’t buy from TomTop.com they could just steal your money, it happened to me! I ordered an item on their website based on their picture showing what the item could do. When I received it, it could not do what was shown on the picture and in fact the users manual specifically said it could not do it. A clear case of false advertising. I asked TomTop.com for a refund of this low cost (US$9.99) item. TomTop did not dispute the false advertising but insisted that I must return the item at my expenses and via registered mail. This would have cost more than the cost of the item and they knew it, they even said so to me. However, I was flying to Taiwan 2 weeks later and I decided to take the item with me and mail it to Mainland China from there. The cost was half of the cost of the item so I decided to do it. TomTop sent me the address of their return warehouse to send the item back to and, again, insisted on getting it via registered mail. As soon as I arrived in Taiwan I went to the post office and mailed it by registered mail (which was 3 times more expensive than non-registered). Delivery was guaranteed by the Taiwan postal system within 7 to 10 days. TomTop had written to me they would refund me upon reception of the item at the warehouse. Within a week, I got confirmation of proper delivery by the Taiwan post office and warehouse staff had signed for it. I told TomTop the item had been deleivered (with proof of it) and I was expecting my refund ASAP. 25 days later I still did not have the refund. I contacted TomTop and they said they could not locate the item in the warehouse. Then they said I had sent the item to an address they have not used anymore for a while! The item was sent to the address THEY gave me 2 weeks prior to sending it back! They obviously did not want to pay my refund. I confronted them with this and they stopped replying to my emails! I have started a chargeback process with my credit card company and hopefully it will go through as I did not get anything from the money I paid (purchase price plus return shipping cost). TomTop.com just stole my money, period! If you have too much money you want to waste, go and buy from TomTop.com! If you want an honest company, don’t deal with TomTop.com they are NOT honest; there are several other reliable and honest companies available to order from China…
