The item came very fast. A simple smart watch. I am very satisfied from Tomtop because of the friendly communication the accuracy of the details of the product and the after sale concern. I believe that if they keep it that way, they will succeed on their purpose.

I've been burned twice by this site. If you have a defective item or they send you the wrong part, They expect the buyer to pay for the return shipping. This is only after repeated email. They found a loop whole to get away with ripping people off. They know no buyer is going to pay for the return shipping, knowing it was the sellers mistake. Paypal and the banks don't monitor this. They just tell you to return the item. So, you're going to be losing money regardless. They are the worst customer service. I have never had any other company do this. I would never order anything from this company. They will steal your money.

I got some wireless earphones from them. In less than a month they were faulty. The left piece was disfunctional and wouldn't charge. I wrote to them asking either for a replacement or money back. They asked for a video. Now tell me how you video an earpiece not charging? I sent them a photo. Nothing heard...

I made a purchase from tomtop.com, received the product was not working, not as described, and useless, send emails, photos and videos to the seller as they requested, but did not workout, I requested for refund, they finally agree to refund if I send back the products back to them at my cost and they received the products. The shipping cost will be much high than I paid for the products if I use UPS to send the products back to China. I have sent the items by USPS at my cost, that almost same as the price of the purchase, but they still denied to refund as they said they did not receive the items (They give me the address in China was not a valid one). They stop communication with me since then.
In summary, this is a scam seller, who sell useless trash as good products with high price to make money, and you will lose more money to send the item back to them.

An absolute joke of a company. I ordered a Phaewo e-scooter which arrived faulty. Within days of riding it, it developed all sorts of issues that eventually resulted in it ceasing to work altogether.
Communication with TomTop was challenging at best and incredibly frustrating. They wanted videos which I sent only to be told that they would only accept videos uploaded to YouTube. I was then accused of miss use and the warranty would not be honoured as a result. I was then told to take it to a local repair shop to get it fixed (they were allegedly going to pay some of the cost). Sadly, it still could not be fixed.
TomTop then said that the only way I was going to get a refund was to return the scooter to them in it's original condition and packaging. Seeing as it had now been accessed by a repair shop, and not in the original condition/ packaging, this was going to be impossible. Also, a quote to ship it back from the UK said it was going to cost more than the scooter itself.
Use this company at your own risk. They are crooks.

UPDATE...After asking me to contact them following this review, they then again accused me of damaging the scooter myself and said that my request for a refund did not constitute a normal' psychological frame of mind...it's up to you but these are thieves con artists.

I've bought on sale a 3d printer at too good to be true price but they dont ship it because my shipping address is too long! they ask me to shorten the address to few characters! Never happend to me before on any website! They want me to shorten the address so it became obscurely so item they will send will not arrive at me. So they will have excuse to stole my money.
So many many people have problems with them why the heck PAYPAL is still working with them!?
THEY ARE OBVIOUS SCAMMERS!

I ordered a gadget for my daughter on 25 March and 2,5 months later I am still waiting for it. Emailing the company to ask what the problem is, is to no avail, as they do not answer - not even on my request to cancel the order and get refunded. No service at all!

I had purchased from tomtop previously and everything arrived ok, except for one order I was missing. I informed their customer service and it was mailed to be fairly quickly considering it was coming from China. Fast forward 8 months later and I placed an order for k95 mask. Its been 2 months and still has not arrived. I have had multiple conversations with customer service since week 3 of not receiving the order and every time it was the same excuse. Their US delivery is slow due to Covid 19. I have order many things since Covid, as I am sure most have and it has never taken 8 weeks to receive a product from anywhere in the world. I have to count this one as I was scammed.

Stay far away from this website and company. They do not send your products and lie when you ask about the status. Shame on you tomtop

CAUTION! Do your due diligence and research! read the reviews!!!!! unfortunately for me, my carelessness resulted in wasted time and money! A lesson that will not happen a second time. This so-called company sole intent is to mislead by all means! For purpose a sale! Bottom line!!! Nothing to date that was either advertised and/or written e-mails sent to me has any integrity nor sincerity! I am left scratching my head, how does a company like "TomTop” still!! are allowed to even operate!

On March 30, 2020 due to the worldwide quarantine I ordered a pack of face masks from TomTop. That was my first experience with the site so I only paid 20 for 10 masks and I thought let's see what happens. Well, it is May 28 today and after three weeks of e-mailing each other they told me the refund is not possible unless I am sending the item back to China. Since I am not getting the package and it surely has been lost because of this pandemic chaos I cannot send it back to get a refund. What is this Catch 22? Aliexpress always refunds me if something similar happens. Alwayssss. I would like to puke on TomTops managers head.

Touchless thermometer is off more than 4°F. They won't work with me to correct the problem.
Worst company from China virus. Would advise not to buy!

I purchased No Touch Thermometer, took two and half months to get to me and arrived in crushed box and not working. I contacted PayPal, finally they accept to refound the puchase price when I send the item back to them, the price is $44 and I have to pay for shipping and that cost $35 to send it back and since they know that they are repping of American customer.

I ordered an item on 4/12/2020. I was told it shipped on 4/14/2020. My item has never left the warehouse in Hong Kong. Delivery was expedited 5 to 10 days and it has been almost a month and a half. I asked cutomer service for help and they sent me the tracking number again and told me they hope it comes soon. I emailed them again and told them that I did not need tracking and I needed to know why my package hasn't left the facility. They told me that they shipped it and they hope it comes soon. Absolutely ridiculous. They had no problem charging my card, but can't ship a single item after the shipping info is already printed and then do nothing at all to answer my questions or check with their facility as to why my item has jot left yet.

Tomtop appears on the surface to be legit, until U deal with them. Non-existent customer support when U contact then if they respond, they simply send U a useless, blank response. Total fraud and misleading advertising, my suggestion is that we need a class action lawsuit to shut them down for good. Enough of this BS..

What a disgusting service. No email replies, they never send their packages, customer service is rude and inexperienced. A disgrace of a company. Don't waste your money on cheap items. Order locally!

I ordered an animated bike light for my 8 year old and it came without the rechargeable battery (the box had been opened). When I reached out he said it's not included however it specifically states on the website the rechargeable battery is included. He told me to go buy one. If you try to return they tell you they will hit you with fees.

Has just what I was looking for

This website is a scam, fraud, they lie while selling mask, I ordered a month ago, never received masks, charged me for expedited the shipping, not even canceling my orders. They are bully, never buy anything from them.

scammers do not waste your money, they should never get a star rating, on trustpilot they get 4 stars but trustpilot say in the little box discalimer that the have no record of them ever asking their customers for reviews

The RC car I bought from tomtop was defective and they told me a week ago that the problem would be solved. After waiting I am told that I have to wait even longer for them to think of another lie to tell me. Do not waste your money or time trying to deal with this sham of a company. The positive reviews are "Fake News" in my humble opinion seeing that they don't honor their own return policies (tomtop dot com//return-policy-guarantees.) I just wasted my time and money with this company and I am warning you not to do business with this company if you value either of these 2 things.
