So when a card doesnt pass the verification process I need better information than "call Chase" I need the actual credit card failure code. Not a vague misrepresentation of what might have failed. Again, the actual failure code that they return to you.

Website has very poor selection/selectivity for 2006 Mercedes-Benz CLK350 for winter tires. It was like pulling teeth to find and order the Vredestein tires. Please get a 3PMS tire setup for every car!

Yes. After applying filters and even in the check out screen. The mobile version would NOT let me scroll! I had to get creative by highlighting text to move down pages and hit the top bar (on Apple phone) to go back to "top" very annoying but I made it.

This is the second time I have had to order these tires. The first one was to be delivered on 12-23 & were to be a Christmas gift. They said they never received the order. I hope these will be here in a timely manner. My niece is riding on exposed plies.

After having called Tire Rack and spoken to an associate, I learned that the Tire Rack associate's recommendation does not meet the load requirements of my car. Still when one specifies my car at the Tirerack website, the website recommends the unsuitable tire I originally ordered. That shouldn't happen. In addition, when Tire Rack calls the customer to explain the problem, there should be some form of polite apology for the incorrect information and the waste of time as well as a promise that the website will be fixed promptly.

I e-mailed a question several days ago with questions about a tire that I wanted. It was offered by tire size but not by vehicle. I never received a response, but I did look it up myself and got the answer. It was an H rated tire and got the answers online on another site. It is what it is, and most large companies don't answer anyway, so was not unexpected.

When I put the tires in my shopping cart, you said they would ship tomorrow. After collecting all of my personal info and credit card # for checkout, you say they won't ship until 3 days later... That's lame, and borderline fraudulent.

Prices are great, but the website was slow and would not proceed with payment after multiple clicks, buttons appeared to be non-responsive. Had to refresh multiple times before it worked. Final summary page took several minutes to load/process. Other websites worked fine, did not appear to be internet connection related.

There should not be so many steps and qualifications to make an order. I should not be prompted twice asking to verify that it matches the other tires on my vehicle. I should not have to provide my phone number multiple times. Please streamline this process, and make it like any other store, where I put it my cart, and check out in 1 or two steps.

The site was very difficult to use on mobile (fully updated iphone xs using fully updated Chrome). It kept kicking me out of my session and sticking and would not let me scroll down. The tires I picked (General) were only available in the UI during a package and the application kept adding just the wheels and not the tires and I had to start over several times, despite being in a 'package'.
