First time on this site. Didn't get lost or confused even once. Navigation excellent, even with a lot of selection guidance and info. You clearly put a lot of effort into your website. Your in-house road test videos seem to have integrity, as they also report negatives; they are not sales puff pieces. Thank you for showing me respect. (Amazon and Met Life should hire you to rebuild their websites!)

Well designed website, easy to navigate and had all the relevant information, plus free shipping for purchases over $50. I got what I needed for less than Amazon is charging and in a more timely manor. Plus, Tire Rack accepts PayPal. My first purchase from Tire Rack was a surprisingly pleasant experience. And no, your marketing department did not pay me to write this,... but they should have.

This is my first experience shopping at Tire Rack and what a treat it was to deal with a company that has its act together. The website is fabulous! The wheels were a gift to my wife so the shopping process was a bit lengthy but absolutely enjoyable. We were able to look and compare countless designs and find the wheels of her dreams. And finally, placing the order was a breeze.
Great job Tire Rack!

Avoid this company at all costs. First, they delivered the wrong wheels to me, then they claimed the wheels they picked back up the day after were damaged and didn't refund me. And then, they send the new ones to my personal address instead of my mechanic, even though I called twice to make sure they had the address of my mechanic. A complete waste of time and money... Avoid, avoid and avoid some more.

I used the site many times for analysis and comparison.
I checked availability and price in other places as well.
I talked to possible installer beforehand to check everything was straightforward ( Tire Kingdom on 2401 Stirling road, in my case).
Bought my tires quickly and hassle-less (late afternoon), and got them delivered the following day!
Service at TK was great (talk to friendly and expedite Randy), and the car runs fantastic!
I would definitely recommend both providers.

Great! TireRack.com is my first stop when thinking about what tires I should get. You have all the brands & models I might consider with all the right information for me to make a wise decision. I was even more impressed & pleased this time when my 4 Pirelli P7's showed up in my driveway one day after I placed the order! I took them to one of your suggested installation locations & was again quite satisfied with the service & cost.

I got so tired of buying tires from brick and mortar retail outlets that ALWAYS attempted to steer me into something they carried in stock, some sort of cheap 'house brand' or up selling me into something I did not want.
I've used Tire Rack since 2008 and have been consistently impressed with each and every order. Delivery time is just simply remarkable and outstanding!
Thank you Tire Rack!

From looking at items on website, to a little help needed through your customer service representative and last but not least delivery. Great job all around. First time using Tire Rack, without a doubt I will be a repeat customer. I'll recommend your services without any hesitation. Appreciate dealing with a business that 100% goes above and beyond for its consumer. Keep up the great job. Thank you again. Please stay safe out there.

Purchase on TireRack site was great until the 'pick your service center' and schedule an appointment. Simply didn't work. Had to buy w/o service. Tires delivered exactly as promised (awesome). Reach service center (Firestone) who had NO information of the order. Stated "we don't get anything from TireRack... Systems don't communicate" in 2021, really? Heard about API'S? Anyways, room for improvement. Team and Firestone was helpful and got the job done. But they didn't reset TMPS... Guess you just can't get 5 star service these days...

Everything went smoothly. Tires were delivered well before I had expected. The tire dating was also good. NTB mounting took a little longer than expected. I think the young man was a beginner and still on the learning curve- a total of 2 hours. The time factor did not bother me and I'm a patience individual. Your suggested mounting price was $84.96. NTB originally quoted me approximately $110.00 (or more) but dropped it to $104.98. This did not bother me either-even tipped the young installer $10.00.

Talked with Oscar and Sam in Indiana after doing on line research for price, tire make and quality. They were the reason I chose Tire Rack over Costco and other outlets. I like the 24 month initial price warranty. I like that products were in stock for my vehicle. I like the fact I have bought from a private company in the USA. Great people and so far great experience. Let's hope the Michelin tires perform as advertised on my luxury sedan. Scott

Tire Rack is a awesome place to get your rims and tires all at once and at a great price! But... when they come tire mounted for the driver's side after you said passenger side ( directional) that becomes a issue. So $25 later for a remount and balance and the trip 20 miles into town makes it a hassle and is the only reason I gave a 3 star and not 5. Still highly recommend.

As always, a great experience with TireRack. With decades of personal experience with them, they've always come through (with wheels/tires/suspension for multiple performance vehicles)... this time with stabilizer bars for my fun '03 Boxster S, which should make it more fun after the H&R Street Performance coil-overs received from T/R and installed last year. The bars were received in perfect shape and can't wait to get them installed. Never disappointed.

After days of research I got the tires that I needed, shipped at lightning speed when I needed it. It was installed yesterday morning at a place of my choosing and they did a great job as well. We had a winter advisory last night/this morning and I was not worried about my safety what so ever. I even enjoyed most of the ride and testing them out. Thank you for excellent prompt service at a great price.

The website is very easy to use and clear. From my saved vehicle (2013 Volvo) it recommended a nice package of discounted and closeout winter tires and wheels. I got an excellent price on the package. I placed the order on the Sunday before Christmas and it arrived at my home in the Colorado mountains (from the Denver warehouse) on Tuesday, a day earlier than promised. Installation instructions were clear, I had no issues and the tires (Pirelli Scorpion Winter) are great.

Easy to check out multiple brands of tires at various cost points. The reviews and testing information is a great assist and choosing the best tires to fit ones budget.
Ordering and delivery is simple and delivery within a day or two was perfect. They came a day earlier than initially expected which was perfect. As I was leaving the installers it started snowing. 14 inches. A life saver. I will always buy from Tire Rack.

Tire rack made my shopping for tires/rims extremely easy. I love that they have done the research and provide you with options that fit your vehicle. I'd like more explanations using the (?) during the buying process to tell my why they have made specific suggestions, to inform me of benefits to one size over another, and to give me as much detail as possible to make my buying decisions. The advice articles can be hard to filter through.

I liked the selection of tires but found it annoying that once you selected your make/model etc. you were essentially "locked" into pre-selected sizes for wheel. I also called the customer service department for assistance and the agent was incredibly rude. If there was another vendor that carried this specific tire I would've purchased from them just because of my bad experience with the agent.

Ordering online was a breeze and after struggling to find the item outside of the original place of purchase (replacing a tire blowout) which were absolutely terrible, I finally found it here at tire rack. 20 bucks to install and only two days which was better than the alternative arm and a leg cost from town fair tire as well as the ridiculous amount of time to ship. Thanks Tirerack.com!

The shopping was obscenely, in a good way, simple. Vehicle, tire size, reviews were presented in an obviously professional presentation. As a free market capitalist, I enjoy that you have a partnership with a third party that offers options at a lower interest rate then most credit cards. It gives the option to people who can't afford tires, a consumable, to people who can't drop almost a grand on tires... myself being in that category.

Web sight very difficult to follow, when searching information on a selected tire, you lose all personal information and have to start over, by inputting all your mailing info, credit card info, and then checking on your rebate prior to confirming your order, I again lost all information regarding mailing address, CC info, almost gave up, but one last time looks like it all went through I hope?
I hoping I didn't get double billed for these tires

This is like the 4 or 5th time I by a complete set of tires with them. ALL of my experiences have been impeccable. They always deliver on time and flawlessly. I have also had the opportunity to "test" the Road Hazard Insurance. It works FANTASTIC! I have at least exchanged 3 or 4 blown/damaged tires for new. Never had a problem. I highly recommend the site and buying products with this specific protection!

Suggesting a winter tire/wheel package that deviated from the OEM specs is good. Providing fact based substantiation in a format I could easily verify with some basic Google-fu to back up the performance and cost benefits of the suggested deviation is awesome. That alone would have earned my business. Everything else, from the clean and efficient layout to giving me the option to save money by picking my order up at the warehouse, was icing on the cake.

Your site failed to let me pay in IE and chrome I finally had to load firefox to get it to work. Ridiculous. If yo need a tester to give your site a good workout before you publish let me know. I have over 30 years as a beta tester on catia systems, but I was a 737 flight deck designer the entire time. You almost lost my sale and currently I can't cancel an order I made earlier. That's messed up.
