I appreciate the road and track testing / evaluations. That is very helpful in deciding since you can't really "try on" a set of tires. ... ALTHOUGH ... What an awesome concept to offer customers ?!?!?!?!? Letting them change their mind if a tire didn't measure up. I'd even pay a little premium for that option.

All good except confusing regarding pre-selection of formerly used installer, and unclear instructions that if you proceed towards concluding order, you will have opportunity to select an alternate installer. Dev should add a note in larger font to indicate pre-selected installer (based on previous purchase) can be changed on the following screen...

I've enjoyed the simplicity of purchases. I DO need to DELETE some old credit card numbers which didn't appear obvious. All good though. I'm a Driving Coach with Tire Rack & BMWCCA doing Street Survival in South Florida since it's beginning. It'd be nice to be able to get a TR discount!

Hi,
I've been buying from Tire Rack for 20 years and suggested you to 50 friends. Your web site locked three times when I tried to check out. Plus your web site has the wrong information for rear shocks I was going to order tonight. I called Tire Rack last week 3 times and asked that this be fixed. The people on the phone saw the problem was Tire Racks database and said it would be fixed. Any one that has my Audi and orders the wrong shocks and installs them and they're the wrong part. I would be furious. Please call BILSTEIN and get the correct part number for an 1999 Audi Avant 1.8T Quattro.
