I have used TireRack.com for something like 20 years, now, and I think it has done a great job over the years of keeping the website experience focussed on straightforward, sensible workflows - such as finding an exact replacement tire model+size I know I need, or seeing what options are available for a full new set of regular tires, or snow tires plus winter wheels, for my car.

The Tire Rack website is always easy to use and quick. Prices in the last few years have started to look retail(beat local retail by only $7 a tire) , not saving the 30%(even with shipping) like I did 4 or 5 years ago. I would have got the tires in 3 days by ordering locally, Tire Rack took 7 days, I'm hoping they can get a little more competitive so I can continue using them.

Always nice to see sales or get coupons .. none today. I like that I can store my vehicle data. I wish it had asked me if I was forgetting anything .. such as wiper blades, etc. Maybe offer special deals on exhausts or other upgrades?

Everything has been great. The only thing I would change is when one of the items you order says in stock and then when you check out you get a pop up that says one or more of items are not available but never says which item so you have to manually fund out which item by process of elimination. Not very efficient for the customer. Other than this it's been easy. I appreciate you doing curb side pickup during these times also. Stay safe and keep up the amazing work.

Support and research tools very helpful. Site is very easy to navigate. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I've seen very different prices for the same tire model/size over the last week. I had a tire in my cart on Tuesday night, but decided to place the order the following day after having a chance to discuss with my wife. By the following morning, the price increased >$100. All of a sudden, several days later the same instant rebate/discount is applied.

I have ordered rims and tires several times now from here and have never been disappointed. The prices are great, the quality is amazing, and the shipping is fast. I was really surprised how fast the shipping was with my last order considering I had it shipped here to Alaska, where it takes what feels like an eternity for my online purchases to arrive. The shipping cost are also low. I would highly recommend this site.

Straight forward, however, asking for make and model does not take into account use of aftermarket wheels on a vehicle. Plus it would be nice to show the promised install rate that the preferred installers pledge.
