Customer Service is very important to me and my business. Time Clock Wizard's software runs very efficient and I enjoy the fact that i can get someone on the phone when I need help. I would definetly recommend Time Clock Wizard to other businesses that need automation in their business.

I like that I can add and delete things on my own. And if there is ever something I can't do then it's just a quick phone call to TIMECLOCKWIZARD support and I am off and running.

This is a pretty simple to use timekeeping web-based subscription service software. Really intuitive. The reports are great and it's easy to integrate it with other applications. You're able to use a tiger or manually enter time and customize your list for customers and service items.

The Pros with using TIMECLOCKWIZARD is that it is very user friendly and that it integrates with QuickBooks which is one of the main reasons we chose to work with TIMECLOCKWIZARD.

I like that you can clock in using Time Clock Wizard with just the click of a button. I also like that if I forget to clock in and need to go back to do it, I can do it pretty quickly and just adjust the time to reflect the correct amount of hours worked.

I love the live chat feature. I'm new to my account so I will have little questions throughout the day that I can have answered immediately. Wilson is always so helpful! Even though I talk to a a couple different people each time I do the live chat, they always remember who I am and are quick to help and solve my issue.

Timeclockwizard helped to keep everyone tracked and accounted for for time tracking and it has freed up a lot more time for field employees and payroll administration. Instead of everyone hand writing their hours and where they were working, which then had to be entered in one-by-one into our payroll tracker, everything was done within the program.

"I used TIMECLOCKWIZARD at a previous company, and knew it would be great for our new company. I'm getting familiar with the product more in depth than I had to previously. I've been on several ""chats"" over the last two days and the agents have been super helpful.
