BE WARE.. When buying jewelry from Roger Jewelry CO. I’m out $2250….They do not honor their 30 Days / Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed policy. Keep in mind, when buying from them. Your only option is to trade “up” by spending twice as much as you originally did even when returning an item before the 30 day period. I recently, purchase a FIRE&ICE .66 cwt diamond stud earrings. However, I wasn’t completely satisfied with the purchase. 1) size was a bit small for my ear lobe 2) one of the pair appeared darker than the other. 3) I was told both pairs were J VS1 and found out later only one of the pair is a “J/VS1” and the other pair is a “K” 4) earrings came with no GIA or AGS certification. Three weeks later, I went back to the Store where I purchased the earrings from and told the sales person my concerns. But, was told that “I could not return them because the earrings had been worn.” However, I can exchange them for something bigger (which of course would cost more). So, I left the earrings with the Sales Associate. When I got back to work. I search their web-site for their “RETURN POLICY”. It said, “Rogers Jewelry Co. will accept any items for return, within thirty (30) days of the date you received it provided the item is in original conditions, has not been altered and you return it with all of the original packaging.” As a consumer, I assumed since, the earrings were not altered and the return was done within the 30 day time frame. There would be no issue. WRONG!!!! The Manager Nick did not want to honor their 30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee return policy, which I was appalled by, after my fiancé bought a FOREVERMARK FIRE&ICE Diamond engagement ring from them. I’m still out $2200+ and no resolution besides “TRADE-UP” after nearly 2 months. I would suggest before buying from them check out WhiteFlash.com (30 day return policy) or BrianGavin.com (15 day return policy) for quality diamonds, at half the cost and check out their Trade-Up policy. You don’t have to spend twice as much. Hope this helps with your diamond shopping experience.

Gee, I wish we could rate this lying and conniving trash hole a -5 but obviously can't.. The trash Roger's store is in Reno 89511, and the staff is terrible, rude and a bunch of greedy scam artists. I won't name names but there's one man in particular who lied, yelled at us, and treated myself and husband like garbage while we went there for a warranty repair on my wedding band purchased from them. They said a date for completion which was our milestone anniversary, multiple times (more like yelled at us) when it would be ready and now all of a sudden it not only won't be ready but to protect himself and his disgusting lies, wants to just "give it back so that we can upgrade to something better" Please find a better place to buy and invest your hard earned money on one of the most important milestones in your life SOMEWHERE ELSE! Dirty scoundrels!

Everyone at Rogers was really helpful, no hard pressure sale just honest people looking to sell you what you want. My wife is so happy with her revamped ring after purchasing it from Rogers 25 years ago thank you!! Looks awesome😁

We ordered a ring based on one in the store from A Jaffe (to match a current band as close as possible). The first two rings were nothing like the one ordered. Almost three months later, we received a ring that was more like the one we ordered. The salesman was good about keeping us informed, but also implied that we might have to pay EXTRA (!!!) to get the ring we ordered WITH HIS HELP! Was a very stressful process.

We have been customers of Rogers Jewelry for over 30 years now, and have had good experiences throughout that time. From my husband's first purchase of my engagement and wedding ring set in 1984 to the selection of a beautiful mother's ring ten years later to the repair of heirloom rings I inherited recently, Rogers has consistently provided outstanding quality products and customer service for us. I highly recommend them!

Rogers jewelers helped me find the absolute perfect stone for my engagement. Not only did they help with the stone, but they were more than accommodating with getting it set in a specific setting that I wanted to use. I would direct absolutely anyone to Rogers with no hesitation. Come to find out not only have they been perfect with me, but my Mom and my fiance's Mom both got their rings here as well. I did not know this when I did business with them, but now that I know I think it's great! It is a testament to their quality, honesty and customer care!
