Called to inquire about few options on Rolex watch. Explained that I am looking for around 5K Rolex watch, newer, less wear and tear, got hanged up on. Called back, someone else picked up and asked me who did I talk to. I said that I don't remember, they mentioned that they'll look at who I talked to and they will return my call. Never heard back. I guess hanging up on customers and not calling them back is OK at this business. Well, I was ready to purchase.... See ya!!!
