Expected delivery 14 days.

False commercial!
As easy as checking my package tracking - the product is produced and sent from China!
Tracking works fine up to the 2020.12.09
The it disappears from the tracking.
I write an complaint about these two subjects to her email.
She answers only on the delivery part that it is delayed, but does not comment of new expected date, reason, offer any discounts as should according to the law of commercial rights, and does not comment on the false commercial.
I write further 2 more mails during the next weeks...
No answer.
Todays date 2021.01.02
Still no package.
Still no answers.
Although now the tracking shows it is in my country.
On her Facebook she disabled the possibility of leaving reviews.
... I wonder what reviews she is afraid off...
