I paid my car on time ,had the coverage carchamps wanted...they took my payment and 2!DAYS ! later REPO the car FROM CHURCH!!!!! .My poor son had to go through this ... WHY? well a day before I had a conversation with some guy named "Ramirez" in their Ins dept and he says " Alliance Ins has bad customer service and do not pay claims / slow to pay " so I have to switch or else my car is repo!!!.. well not so simple for me living from check to check to start a new policy ,with down payment and such. I said I would look into it and see who can fit my budget ....paid my car 8/31/2015 repo 9/2/2015 !!!WHAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THESE GUYS ARE RIP OFFS!!!

I purchased the car Saturday and had to return it to the shop Sunday. Today, Monday I made numerous calls and was not able to reach anyone. Your 800 kept ringing and no answer. I drove to the los angeles branch, only to find your shop closed. Your manager Manny assured me my car would be seen first thing Monday morning. I was very fastrated with your service I tried to explain the situation to the manager on the floor he seemed like he didnt care so I yold him i wanted to cancel the sale and he said a fine and proceeded to write up the paperwork. I told him to credit my debt card, said that would be up to Manny. And your legal team. Prior to going to car champs I reviewed your company and your reviews were not good. I know every situation is different so I decided to go anyways. After spending over 6 hours at this location ( very upsetting) I finally was able to sign. This has been the worst experience I have encountered at a dealship. I hope you understand my fustration and credit my account promptly.

I made my appt with Brandy who had great follow up, she scheduled my appt around my very busy work schedule, she set me up with a Sales Rep Manny B who was so friendly, polite & personable, he was determined to get me in the car that I wanted so he drove to the Norco location to pick up the car I wanted as I waited at the LA office, he knew what I could handle in payments & met my needs, he then had me work with Mandel who did all my paperwork. This was my 2nd time going to Car Champs & I feel like they are family, they are at the top of my list to recommend to any co-worker, friend, family member etc... I normally dislike car dealers - However my Rep Brandy & Manny I would give 5 Gold Stars to as they totally make the experience a good one.

I am a teacher with a good income but a long history of bad credit. High interest rates and student loans got the better of me. I recently had my car repossed and had now way to get to work or get my kids to school. I went to 7 different dealers from big names to mom and pop shops and no one would work with me. I even went to Paul Blanco 's fresh start program and was turned down. I went to Car Champs last but should have gone there first. They worked with my down payment and never checked my credit. Leah even drove me to the bank! I love my car and my family is back to work. I am telling everyone I know about this place! Ask for Leah; she's a doll! Thank you guys!

Great cookie cutter reply from The Champs. Smoke and mirrors. Ive decided to stop ffighting for customer service. As well as courtesy. It is apparent the business is cars $$ not customers. After being knocked down bt the Champs , I can still see that customer service is about getting you in a car and gettting you out their customer service.

The collectors keep calling me! One time I received 3 calls in two days even though I paid my payment. Terrible coordination amongst the collectors.
And their cars are lemons.

The staff at Car Champs in Los Angeles was very helpful with finding a suitable vehicle for my family and I. They walked us through the process and answered any and all questions we had, and even gave us a few pointers along the way. They didn't try to just get us into a vehicle just to make a sale, but helped us make sure that we had the best available options possible.

I would rate Car Champs between a 4 and a 5. Everyone was very nice to us. The only reservation I had at all was the length of time it took to process our sale. My husband reminded me that since they do their own credit, it takes longer than when you go to a regular car dealership. I would definitely recommend Car Champs as a good business with nice people working with everyone who comes through their door! A big thanks to Brandy and Gabriela who serviced us!

I've been a loyal customer for the past 2 years. I recently traded my 2006 Ford Focus that I was leasing from them and upgraded to a 2012 Toyota Yaris. At first, the process was long. I had little money to put down for the vehicle and they help me out. Especially Manuel, who was my sales rep. Elmer as well, with the whole insurance policy. I didn't had enough money to cover for insurance so Car Champs paid for it and I was EXTREMELY grateful. I also like to thank Scott, the finance manager and Dina for making this all possible. Now I love my Toyota Yaris and I would recommend anyone who's in need of a vehicle. With just $1400 down you can't really beat that. Thanks Car Champs!!

I read there reviews prior to making an appointment and to be quite honest I was a bit hesitant. I decided to go anyway and check it out for myself. It took longer than I had expected but quite honestly due to my inability to make a decision they were very patient with me and I did not feel rushed. I must say their Los Angeles office could really use some tender loving care. I did drive away with a beautiful red 2012 Honda Accord (coupe). I did use my car as a trade in with such ease. Thanks Car Champs in Los Angeles for proving yourselves. Overall, my experience was very good and I would recommend Car Champs in Los Angeles.

Came here because we saw the ad on television and we wanted to try it out..so we did. When we arrive there was not much vehicles to chose from since they were newly open..so we just took it to consideration.
Well, when we arrive there was no one that came out to greet us or anything we had to go in ourselves and speak to a sales representative about how they work and so on. How Car Champ work was that you can do a "Lease to Own" or "Finance", but being finance you would have a good standing with your credit. Now with us we didn't have a good standing with our credit, yet was told that we could do a "Lease to Own". Keep in mind doing a "Lease to Own" bring your interest really HIGH and is a bi-weekly payment.
**NOTE: You down more in Luxury vehicle.**
ANYWAYS, we have purchased a vehicle with Car Champs and hoping that all will go out smoothly, yet it wasn't (from beginning till now)!
We got our car on 02/09/15 and our Sales Rep. was Ivan. Ivan was a good person in helping us and trying to answer our questions and concerns.
Now, before getting the vehicle we had the opportunity to inspected the vehicle to see if the running condition was okay and if it would be safe to purchase the car we chose, and to just see if there are any other issues that possibly they missed since of course they won't be able to catch all issues but more on the major ones. Don't get us wrong we do know that purchasing a used car is not and would not be in a 100% condition as a brand new vehicle, but still we wanted to make sure that we would be safe with the vehicle and that the money we are paying bi-weekly of $320.17 was worth it...because the cost and payment was not a joke.
Well, to continue as we inspected the car we saw that the front stand light was busted so we bought the light bulb and informed them and Ivan our Sales Rep. as well, looked under the car and saw the rubber in the suspension was not good and informed them, the wiper tank has a hole, there was a leak coming out in the engine area where oil was leaking a little, the navigation antenna cover was missing, and the ash tray and lighter compartment was stuck shut. After checking and informing them they checked it and said it was okay, no worries, and if there was any problems to bring it to service and that they would fix the said and noted problem.
One day as my wife was driving in the freeway with our kids she told me that out of no where when hitting a minor crack and bump the car swerved her to the right which scared her. When she told me I took the vehicle for a drive thinking she might be wrong, but when I drove the vehicle she was right. It did swerve to the right strongly, and just luckily I was holding on to the steering wheel tight.
When finding out about the problem we called Car Champs Norco Service Dept. informed them about the problem, and schedule to bring the vehicle in.
So we brought the car to Car Champs Norco for Service to get it inspect on 02/23/15, and told them about ALL the PROBLEMS we are having with the vehicle. When we brought it we were told that they do not do LONERS...which I just said its fine just for the heck of it.
Now its 03/02/15 a week now that out vehicle was in Norco service dept. My wife is the one calling and trying to find out what was going on with the vehicle, and if it would be done on a certain date.
When she calls no one really answers!! She would leave a message, but no return calls!
Another issue arise with the vehicle..which our insurance sent out a letter stating that the vehicle was not registered yet in our state when they submit the information about the vehicle and came back from DMV not being registered in our state. My wife then called Car Champs Norco using the app which the number was provided. Once called my wife informed them about the issue that our insurance stated the issue about the vehicle not being registered in CA and there is a chance they will cancel the insurance for the vehicle they issued.
Later found out that there was one document that was not submitted to DMV that is why the issue with our insurance was arising.
Car Champs Norco has a very poor communication, and it totally disappointing especially when something is going on with the vehicle! They will NOT call you to inform you about the status of the vehicle of whats wrong and or when they think it would be done. When you call the number that they have on there app there is no one really you could speak to, but rather you get transferred ALWAYS! When asked for a direct line to call they could not even give you a number!
Seems like there very attentive and helpful ONLY in the beginning when making a deal and selling a car!
This is totally disappointing!
Now also, when leaving a voice message to the person you are trying to get a hold off they NEVER return your call, you will ALWAYS have to call them. It seems like they want to be important rather than making there Customers IMPORTANT!
To top off the issue my wife found out from Rosa (Service Dept.) just last week that the vehicle that my wife was driving with our kids has an axle suspension problem! If they have checked this before hand when we told them about the rubber in the bottom of the vehicle being worn out this wouldn't be an issue in the beginning!
Car Champs Norco should make sure that there CUSTOMER are IMPORTANT not only when making a deal!
Get a calling card with your direct numbers!
Answer the calls and return the calls when left a message!
Thoroughly check the vehicle when the customer has a concern in the beginning rather than last minute!
Keep the customer updated about the vehicle when needed.
I am just thankful my family is okay and didn't get into an accident when the vehicle swerved right by just hitting a small crack/bump.
Last, I hope they do something about the fact that the vehicle was not with us from 02/23/15 till now 03/02/15 and not sure for how long more, and we have a car payment due on 03/09/15 of $320.17 when we didn't have the vehicle! SERIOUSLY!
SO UPSETTING, SO UNPROFESSIONAL, AND SEEMS LIKE DOESN'T REALLY VALUE THE CUSTOMERS TRUST BASE ON WHAT THEY DO!
This is why for the 2 star rating...don't get me wrong. I LOVE my car so does my kids, just not the service after everything. Plus, Ivan was always a great help from the beginning!
P.S. Our vehicle is still under warranty since we haven't had it for awhile and mileage was still low...not even a month.

The Car Champs are exactly that. I make a good living but my credit sucks right now. I must have a car for my job. Gabrielle was great & got me into a BMW that rides like its on glass. Joe is all about coming up with affordable solutions. Joe and Gabrielle made it happen. The head of their service department ( Sorry Dude I forgot your name) is honest and kind. I came here for a car, i put $1200 down and my 1st months payment was $475 I was 2 days late and they disabled my car and then the next day they towed it away and now they send me letters saying I still have to pay the full amount for a car i don't even have anymore and they keep piling on extra fees. Go anywhere else for a car these people are terrible scam artists! So upset about this they ruined my credit score!
