Crap print quality - they could at least clean the ink jet before they printed the T-Shirt.

It's a shame really becuase had the solid colours have been just that - solid, I would have been happy.

If I wanted T-Shirt with a streaky Altantic Logo I would expect it to say 'Streaky Logo'

Obviously no quality control or maybe they just don't want repeat business

This is my 3rd canvas purchase with this website. This time I went all in and ordered their largest canvas. It arrived wrapped securely as all the others were and was in perfect condition, amazing clarity even at this size. Very happy as usual with my order and will definitely be ordering more in the future! Absolutely love Banksy!

Very happy with my t-shirts, got here just in time for my husband's birthday

Bought 2 Tshirts as a gift for a friend.
My friend washed these on a normal 40 degree wash and the colour of the picture washed out on both.
Having contact Banksy Shop they advised it should be 30 degree wash and inside out, my washing machine often turns garments inside out so not sure how you're suppose to stop this.
Without a magnifying glass you can't read the washing instructions, maybe they should provide one with each purchase.
I intended to buy more but never again, the Banksy shop don't care, they are just interested in revenue and not customer service.

Ordered 2 t-shirts as gifts. Only one arrived, and when I contacted customer services via email they were very good and sent out the missing t-shirt immediately which arrived within 2 days. However, the quality of the women's t-shirt is very bad (the mens was fine). There are marks surrounding every bit of stitching on the t-shirt like it's been melted, so I asked them to replace it. They said they would not because the marks should come out in the wash. Considering I bought this as a gift I don't expect to have to wash it before I send it to the person! Anyway given it's not the easiest of times for any business right now I will wash it and if it doesn't come out as good as new then they have agreed to send a new one (if I can provide photos as evidence).
Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend buying from here due to the low quality products and the fact that you might not even receive your full order, and if you do you may have to wash it straight away as they said "We use a binding agent called pre treat which can sometimes leave residue on the garment. The marks will disappear the first time the garment is washed.".

Terrible shop. Order (ratapult tshirt) took over 2 weeks to arrive despite website claiming would be filled in 5-7 days. No way to contact them direct. Emails went unanswered. When tshirt arrived it was simply a gildjan tshirt with a very poor transfer which didn't even look like the banksy art work. Very disappointed.
