My email was never answered, but I was able to speak with someone over the phone. She answered my list of questions in detail. I then was ready to sign up for the program. Thank you! [email protected]

Auto renewal is not preferred. We all have a busy life and this forces a customer to go through the trouble to remind oneself to cancel when the true intention was only the period that customer has signed up for.

Few things could be better:
1. While viewing text results, if I click on individual question, intermittently it wouldn't load the answers.
2. On test result page, it shows how many right/wrong per category. That doesn't add up to the total count. E.g. it would show 35/40 correct. Reading 2 wrong, following directions 1 wrong, math 4 wrong. When expanded, it shows redundant questions and not unique 5 that were wrong. Sometimes we only see 4 that we're wrong and others are just repeated.

They have questionable business practices and seems to be making money by charging unsuspecting customers through renewals. Infact they have special instructions on phone lines for these cases. When I cancelled the day after I saw the charge in my bank account they came back by saying we can't issue refunds because its already charged. Why would you need to charge customers for services they don't want to use in future. If your product is good people will pay for it and use it. This goes to tell that this is a scam business trying to make money by getting customers to sign up for renewals and then not refunding (not even prorated amount).

Wife thought this would be good to have for our boys. We tried it but the boys would find it hard to navigate and find useful material. In fact, they preferred IXL and other programs offered or suggested by the school.
We ended up paying for a subscription that we were not even using in the end. To make it worse, it auto renewed and they refused to supply a refund.
Not a legit business. They feed in parents desire to have their children do better but offer nothing but regurgitated material in a maze of links making navigation of the website awful.
Wonder if all those "parents" recommending this are actually legit?

Do not try to sell additional products after purchasing one subscription.

Don't display the gogobrain add and one-on-one tutoring add, rather guide to the user whatever they purchased with bold links. Its really confusing us, did we do a mistake by purchasing the fast track session after seeing your suggestions. Thank you.

Feel like scammed.
Came cross this website wanted to get some practice for my kids preparing for gifted test. It said sign-up for free try. I did but no free try and was asked to be payed for membership by emails for a couple times. My husband wanted to give it a try so I am paying a quarter membership without knowing any things about the practice because of no try! I wanted to see the practice ASAP and it told me that it with auto renew my membership unless I remember to cancel it(OK at least I know it now). Fine! Click on go to the practice. It asked me to pay more to make the kids better. Found a tiny button to "go to practice" again. Another ad asking to pay more for a one-to one thing. Really??? Now I am finally at the page trying to see the practice. I am asked to rate this website. I clicked on one star (that is how I feel ). Funny it didn't let me rate it as one star so I go to two stars.
So this is my opinion after going through this.
