Ordered a rubber seal for my oven. The old seal had lasted for 17 years; the seal sent by this company fell apart after three months. They sent out a replacement which lasted 9 months before falling apart. Have e-mailed them a number of times now but they are not responding at all. In desperation I have now ordered a replacement from another supplier. Cannot recommend as their products are clearly made from materials that are vastly inferior to the original parts.
