My daughter saw a website online advertising the sale of Teacup Yorkie puppies, so we went to order a puppy. We had email contact only and then I was given instructions on to send money via Western Union. I sent $450 thinking I was going to receive a puppy to pick up at the nearest airport and nothing.

I have been in contact with this address at gmail. And a person claiming to be Amy Swit. I almost sent her money but she has refused to give me a phone number after being asked over 10 times. Then my husband said to google the email and I found this site with over 20 complaints. Same puppies, same trouble with Skype WiFi only the person picking up is different it is :Nolan Angelo.... I am so sorry for all of you as I fell in love with Cindy and Bambi and almost sent money for both.... thank god this is a months rent why can't these people be found and prosecuted? Something should be done. I feel bad for all the people who have lost their money and faith in humanity....

I saw their add on the internet selling teacup yorkies. The dog's names were Cindy, Coco, Bobbie & Bambi. They wanted $470 which is one heck of a deal. I responded (all through email) and they asked me questions and then said I was excepted and to send the money to the Western Union and they would ship the puppy out immediately to the closest airport near me. I asked for their information such as address and phone number. They sent me some sob story how they are Christians and I need to trust them. I then looked up their business name (Teacup Yorkie Zone) and found so many people that had been scammed by them and they lost a lot of money. I'm glad I didn't send any money yet. I have all their emails that they sent me. I should have seen it from the beginning. I hope they are caught. They're a bunch of creeps. Someone should investigate the Western Union that they deal with for all the aliases that they have used.

was looking to adobt a tea cup yorkie came a acrossed tcupyorkieszone.com. Owner A.K.A Amy Swit and Tamon Andrews from Dallas, Texas. I asked to speak to them over the phone and she suggested we skype so that I could see the puppies. Amy.Swit is the skype address. I saw the puppies and then sent the $450 via Western Union. Then I was contacted by Inter States Shippers<[email protected]> a "animal courier service" asking for $962.00 for pet insurance. So I sent the money via WU to a Britny Snider about an hour later I realized i had been scammed and called WU and they had already picked up the money so nothing could be done. They filed a report #1661220. Amy is cunning and she preys on Christian by quoting Bible verses. The web site tcupyorkieszone.com has been dong this for years with the same 4 puppies Cindy, Coco, Bobbie and Bambie.

Puppy Scam
I was looking to buy a teacup Yorkshire terrier and I came across a website called "tcupyorkieszone.com" Amy Swit contacted me from the website with regards to adopting a puppy. She was located in Dallas, Texas and in order to do so I'd have to Western Union 450 to her "husband" Tamon Andrews. I told her that I was uncomfortable with this arrangement and asked her to call me. Sh said her grandchild dropped her phone in water but that she'd be glad to Skype. Her Skype address is Amy.Swit, she is born on Dec 2nd, 1965 according to her profile on Skype. She skyped me and in the background were Yorkie puppies she picked up one of the puppies so I could see and I was persuaded and believed it was legitimate. I sent her $450 Western Union. A few Hours later was contacted by Inter States Shippers and was told that the puppy had to be insured and was requesting $962.00 via the Western Union. I was to send this to a Britny Snider. So from fear that my puppy was sitting in transit I sent the money the next day and by the time I realized I had been scammed, it was too late. So I lost 450+ 40 WU fees so $490 and $962.00 + $86.00 WU fees for a total of $1,538. I reported the scam to WU but it was too late to stop it because they had already picked up the money but they filed a report number 1661220. Amy Wit has been doing this for well over a year to many families and needs to be stopped. The web address is tcupyorkieszone.com the same 4 puppies are always posted for sale. She prays for Christian families by posting bible scriptures.

Recently lost my sweet yorkie of 12 years and was looking for one to fill the hole left in our hearts. Found this site and saw they had adorable puppies so contacted them. Their emails were exactly like the others reported here, they offered $450 cost, free shipping, etc. and they offered to skype me. I googled the skype site (amy.swit) and found this discussion forum where many people had been scammed. Thank goodness for this site as it stopped me before I had any money loss. These people should be ashamed of themselves. They state they are Christian - they don't know what Christian is.

We have been looking for a teacup male for months. Came across Bobbie at 50% off, as was Cindy, Cocoa and Bambi. My 3 daughters liked Bobbie best. We have sent over 24 emails and Skyped with this Kenneth Andrews "wife" several times. There was no sound, figured it was because the windstorm and WiFi coming in and out. Didn't question it. Received an email the next morning saying puppy was dropped off at the airport and was on its way. Then received an email from [email protected] demanding $962 immediately for insurance fees for the puppy. The spellar, grammar, Word use and punctuation was horrible. There was no phone number or person who sent the "puppy inquiry/information". This was red flags for me. I replied to send that I was sending no money as they lacked credibility and professionalism. I then contacted the woman via email and told her I felt we were being scammed by this personal claiming to be from the airport and what do ya know, never heard back from her either. I believe it is the same person/couple scamming everyone. Do not fall for it.
They are using the Christian faith to assure you. This is very wrong and very sad.
Also, I was looking through their website, it looks like the same person wrote all of the testimonials. There is no place to add a testimonial, they add what they want and what they want it to say. They do this as they are scammers and are using their website to look professional if there was a place for anyone to submit testimonials I would maybe be a little more trusting. Don't make the same mistake we did! Now we are out $490 and have 3 very upset children approaching Valentine's Day. :( good luck to everyone else!!

T these people are the biggest scam and liars ever wanted to buy cindy a teacup Yorkie and they lied trying to get my money, they play people along making them think they are really good breeders but they wont tell you the truth on anything, wont even give a number to call, the pictures of the puppies they advertise Cindy was a tcup yorkie I was trying to buy, these people I was dealing with were nothing but the biggest scam and liars, they lied about selling me Cindy when there wasn't even a dog to buy they were using pictures of these dogs and they weren't even real, they don't have a phone number on there website so that was a red flag for me when I tried getting one they ignored me, I advise people to stay away from these liars and scammers they are no good.

I contacted the website inquiring about a yorkie puppy. We probably had a dozen back and forth text messages and they said I qualified and would need to pay first through Western Union. Stupidly I did this and it was to go to Terrence Matthews at the Dallas, TX Western Union. They contacted me Friday morning to tell me the puppy would be flown to me that day and I would getting shipping information. I did and they were requesting another $762.00 that they said was refundable. I refused and did the research I should have done first. I found many others who were scammed. They had a very professional web site set up. But I noticed they were using various forms of the same name for the web site. I found this one was just set up and was to run for approximately a year. So not only did I not get the cute little puppy I was expecting but now I'm out $519.00 (including Western Union fees). I realize it's my fault but I would love for these people to be stopped or found.

I fell for cute little Cindy too and their website looked so professional. But I've noticed from reading other complaints they have many aka's and change their website name just a little. I also blame Westetn Union in Dallas, TX - with as many alias' the scammers use and this many complaints they should have been aware of these scammers. I blame myself as well because I usually do a better check on companies. They talked religion a lot, and tried the shipping scam which I did not fall for and got my name address and phone # so I will be filing a motice with Western Union in case they try to use my name as an alias. I've also put a fraud alert with all the credit agencies so they can't open anything in my name. I cancelled the card I used with Western Union. The info the scammers got from me could be found in a phone book. I knew better but this just reaffirmed the need to not trust so easily any more.

I was shopping for a teacup yorkie on the internet and I came across this website. There were several dogs listed. Cindy, Coco to name a few. I inquired about the process of buying Cindy. I was asked a few questions which now I am sorry I answered, but I was told that I was a good match. The next email seemed so strange to me. They wanted me to pay cash through western union and gave me the web address for western union. Once they received my money I would receive the dog in 24 hours. This request coupled with the form like wording in the email made me suspicious. That's when I found these other comments on this website. Do not send money to them.

These morons tried to scam my sister out of $450. Their emails are clearly bogus. They even misspell Texas several times on their website which has many glaring issues in it. Their arduously long emails are full of prey language, and fake claims of Christianity.
They wouldn't give their name, a phone number, etc. ANY REPUTABLE ANIMAL BREEDER OR RESCUE ORGANIZATION WILL READILY HAVE THIS INFORMATION ON THEIR WEBSITE, not make you pull teeth to get it then guilt you into thinking you shouldn't be wary. Here is the background info on that site. With links to Amsterdam and Panama, this is the info behind just one of their 83 scam websites: http://whois.domaintools.com/tcupyorkieszone.com
Bottom line: Go adopt a sweet pet at a local shelter. There are so many loving pets waiting for their forever home.

So my grandfather is dying of leukemia and we wanted to get another dog in memory of him. So we found this website and when we saw Bobbie and coco we instantly fell in love. She had Skyped us at Amy.swit and had puppy's running around in a pen behind her, she had a puppy up close to the screen and said she could SEE us which was freaky because it wasn't real. We ended up asking for Bobbie then she said he was taken... the next day we payed and she gave us information about Bobbie instead of coco... and her email said from Sandra Andrews...? Western union is a scam don't ever go there unless you are local and you can see them.

I almost got scammed from then tonight. Unfortunately I have been a victim of fraud with a puppy so I knew what to look for. I got an initial email back from them from inquiring from their website, and I answered it just to see what they would say. I stated in my response that I was skeptical to begin with because I had been scammed before, and haven't heard a word back. I guess the joke was on them this time. Watch out folk, they really make it hard to make you think it's a scam with all the cute pictures and professional looking website, but this time I had the upper hand and won!

I have been emailing these people and felt they were honest, Christian people breeding dogs. I just lost my yorkie and have been heartbroken with missing him. I saw Bobbie and Coco and my heart skipped. These people are good but a few things didn't feel right. I western union $900.00 for the pups rehousing fee at 4:15 pm EST and by 8:10pm they were trying to get me to go change recipient name on western union. I went back to where I sent the money from and was able to cancel the transaction. I got all of my money back. I have just replied to their email swearing they are honest good people. And found this on the web as well. I feel like my angel watched over me again. I only lost time and tears...because it hurt to start to care about another dog to find this out. It just made me miss my Sammy even more. People should be ashamed of themselves. I hope karma catches up with them.

Found the website advertising teacup yorkies. I submitted an inquiry through the website and received a response about the puppy Cindy being available. Everything sounded good, web site was professional in design. Multiple email communications. Should have known better when they asked for Western Union, but have seen it used before. Sent them $470 payment for Cindy. I asked to see more photos and Amy sent her Skype name of Amy.Swit. Connected and saw a lady holding the puppy with a couple more puppies in a pen playing behind her. Could not get any sound on Skype, but thought it was me because it was a quick setup on a new laptop and may have missed a setting. Received an email from Amy saying that her son-in-law was taking the puppy to the airport and I would receive flight info shortly. Got an email from [email protected] saying I had to Western Union $762 to a lady at corporate office in Georgia for shipping insurance and that it would be fully refunded in cash when the puppy arrived at the airport. FLAGS UP!! Responded to email asking for a pone number to call and change some info. Shipper responds and says all phones are busy and I can't call and that Western Union is only way to pay because their system is undergoing maintenance.

My daughter wanted one of these puppies so bad and we started emailing them back and forth with them. We inquired about Coco and I asked them about pairing her with our current alpha female Yorkie and they did not even address my concerns and only responded they thought I was a good fit. I knew then this was a fraud since breeders are very particular about who gets their puppies. Then I found the other posts on your website - thank you! I think we should report them to the better business bureau. The word "Yearning" in their emails was a red flag for me! Truly sad people have to scam others and use a Bible verse at the end of their emails. Disgusting!

I found a cute yorkie online named CINDY. We emailed and we even skyped (account name Amy.swift). I even saw what was supposed to be CINDY. We paid $450 to a Western Union account by the name of Elton James in Texas. After that We never heard from Amy again. Amy uses quotes from the bible and uses Gods name to de evil by steeling one's money.
