Once you've told them what you are looking for, they use a sales technique where they say "its £10" (for example) ...and then say "oh no....its actually £30! - but I'll sell it you for £20 as I made a mistake.." and so you think you're getting a good deal. Do your homework first though and you'll find anywhere else will sell same item for £10, ....my fault for not checking first.
This is a good company to go to if you want to pay twice the market price for an item, otherwise go elsewhere.
