Ordered a taxi online followed by a pound taken from my account, which I found suspicious. The taxi never turned up I was sent a non reply text message saying the driver had cancelled. No other information. I rang my bank they advised me to cancel my card. Later I looked into the elptoo fine details, I was amazed to fine they wanted to another 58 pounds to use there service. So avoid at all costs

Worst taxi service ever. Drivers are insane and the city still contracts to them. I was threatened by one in the strip for a parking spot and I doubt the company will do anything about it. He even had a “School Students” marker on the front and back of his car to drive students to school.

Johnny's Taxi in Harrison New York the owner John is a complete drunk and a dope addict! Got into his car and it smelled of booze and so did he and he drove erratically and then I saw a bunch of beer cans come rolling out from under the front seat! I told him to stop the car and he started yelling at me like a maniac! If you want to take your life in your hands call him he'll do it for you!

I rang and asked why then they said it was a s set rate but when I questioned it they said they would BAN me. Customer service absolutely atrocious and rude. Will NEVER use them again.

Albatross Cars from Derby. Waited 20 minutes did not turn up when I needed to get to station to catch train, I rang to check after 10 minutes said was on my street. Never use again can't be trusted when really need to be?

i was told 5 days ago Jeffs Taxis oswestry were not taking bookings for new years eve before the night, call back sunday morning 7am. I did try to call saturday on off chance of prepaying, was told price was £34 but still could not book till this morning( new years eve).Rang 7 am today to book..bright and early...told could not book new year taxi until 5 pm tonight..phoned back 5pm..guess what told fully booked for a week!!! now no taxi to go out, as i let all the other taxi firms fill up now as wrongly believed Jeffs Taxis Oswestrt they were trustworthy but they are not..totally rubbish and unreliable and dont own up to mistakes

I have booked a taxi for my daugther who is going to Naples in a couple of weeks and so far the service has been excellent , communications very good, and price very reasonable, but I will report back when they have picked her up.

A really quick response with several taxi firm quotes. Once quote selected we received a message directly from the chosen firm with a contact name and number and telling us which airport door to exit through to be met by the driver with our name placard. Also a message of looking forward to meeting us! So far so good ☺

I did not remember to research a car service until the day we were leaving for Paris, so I was concerned that it would be too late to find one that i was confident would be there when we arrived. The morning of our flight, I found Taxi Finder on line, sent the request, had the response and booked it by the time we left home. When we arrived in Paris 30 minutes early, we waited only a few minutes before our driver appeared. He was polite, well dressed and the vehicle was very nice. The value was excellent, only a few more Euroes than a taxi. We used the Taxi Finder on the return trip which was New Year's day early morning, and the driver arrived at the hotel right on time. The only problem we had was the website implies you can use a credit card, but our driver only took cash. That may have been spelled out in the confirmation but if so it was not obvious. Of course it was in French and my French is limited. But it was not a problem, except ensuring we had the right change for fare and appropriate tip. I will use this service again.

I put in my request to Taxi Finder for taxi service at Turin airport and had a response within 20 minutes at a very reasonable price of 45 Euro for distance of 35 km. Plane was delayed and taxi man was there. Luckily I always add a half hour on to landing time to pick-up time. Big clean car, excellent friendly driver. I forgot my continental adaptor plug and the driver went out of his way to find a store which sold one. Could not recommend this service higher.
